The San José Swamp Located next to San José del Cabo, this area is a salt and fresh water lagoon separated from the sea by a small sandbar. This body of water covers an area of 50 hectares and large numbers of palm trees surround it. It is also inhabited by various species of birds, reptiles, and mammals.
