Each of the 16 guestrooms features hand-hewn beams, local artwork, and terraces with hammocks shaded by bougainvillea.

The staff delivers breakfast to your room each morning and will arrange in-room massages and outdoor excursions. Take the free shuttle to a beach club.

What to Expect: The hotel operates like a European inn, with married proprietors (she's from Luxembourg, the host; he's from France, the chef) living on the premises and embracing departing guests and returnees. Guests are mostly couples seeking relaxation, exceptional dining, and walking-distance access to the charms of San José del Cabo.

Amenity Highlights: Set in a private courtyard, the hotel's heated pool is a 7.5-meter-diameter (25-ft) half-moon-shape, and features the soothing sounds of cascading water. Tall palm trees and umbrellas provide shade for guests sunbathing on cushioned wood lounge chairs with terry-cloth covers and pillows. At night, spot lighting and flaming torches illuminate the pool and palm trees.

Insider Tip: A block from the hotel on the town's central square is San José Parish Church, which was founded in 1730 by Jesuit Padre Nicolas Tamaral.

Casa Natalia & Mi Cocina Dining

A complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast is served each morning on guests' terraces or, in Mi Cocina restaurant.

Mi Cocina
Intimate, 60-seat, fine-dining restaurant. Brick walls, limestone and lava tables, Villeroy & Boch china. Open-air seating except in hot weather, when tables are moved into air-conditioned. Open to public for dinner serving seasonal specialties with an emphasis on fresh local seafood, grilled meats and poultry. Executive Chef & Owner Loïc Tenoux prepares a myriad of tantalizing specials each day on “Mi Cocina´s” Menu.

Palapa Bar
Thatched-roof, open-air bar open only to hotel guests from early morning to early evening. Open to public during dinner period, serves premium distilled spirits including the finest quality tequilas and single match scotch as we as an adventurous martini menu and nice selection of complimentary Tapas.

Poolside menu
Snacks include homemade salsas and chips, French cheeses, sandwiches. Bar service from Palapa Bar.
