La Joya
A refined Mexican fine dining restaurant featuring nightly live music and performances by the Folkloric Ballet every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 7:30pm. Hacienda-inspired décor with Tiffany oil lamps, chandeliers, and full-service bar with a menu of 150 tequilas, plus Cuban cigars. Open from Tuesday to Sunday.

Viña del Mar
The hotel’s bustling breakfast restaurant features a brightly colored interior and pool/ocean views. Seating on three levels or on the open-air outdoor terrace. Breakfast is served from a hot and cold buffet or a la carte. Traditional Japanese, American, and Mexican dishes are served fresh each day.

Coral Café
