This fine dining French Mediterranean restaurant has only 16 tables with dim lighting, tabletop candles, stained wood furnishings, nightly piano music, and the service of a sommelier. Guests tend to linger over coffee and dessert, soaking in the unique setting and the relaxing vibe. Evening wear required, dinner only, reservations requested. Open from Monday to Saturday.

La Joya
A refined Mexican fine dining restaurant featuring nightly live music and performances by the Folkloric Ballet every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 7:30pm. Hacienda-inspired décor with Tiffany oil lamps, chandeliers, and full-service bar with a menu of 150 tequilas, plus Cuban cigars. Open from Tuesday to Sunday.

Viña del Mar
The hotel’s bustling breakfast restaurant features a brightly colored interior and pool/ocean views. Seating on three levels or on the open-air outdoor terrace.
