The health spa offers three stories of rejuvenation and activity, including an indoor pool and spa tub; a fitness center; a workout studio for various classes; massage, body treatments, facials; and women's and men's wet sides with saunas, steam rooms, and hot and cold spa tubs.
Insider tip:
Guests unwilling to leave the health spa's pampering even for a meal can order room service and dine in the juice bar's lounge, which is furnished with overstuffed chairs and marble-topped tables or next to the indoor pool.

Recreation
Arrayed above the resort's 200-meter (219-yard) beach frontage are a main pool complex, a 6-meter-long (20-ft) spa tub, and a second, 14-meter-long (45-ft) quiet freeform pool secluded on the hotel tower's south side. The sinuous, 100-meter-long (109-yard) main pool includes a toddler's wading area, and has an infinity edge overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Two six-person spa tubs adjoin the pool. Thatch-roof palapas with lounge chairs and fruit can be rented on the beach.
Near the quiet pool lies a lagoon-style 4.5-meter-deep (15-ft) scuba-diving pool measuring approximately 15 by 15 meters (50 by 50 ft) containing an artificial reef and connecting to a 100-meter-long (109-yard) shallow channel for beginning divers. An independent watersports center, AquaWorld, offers beginner, refresher, and certification diving courses (surcharges).
An indoor pool sheltered by a two-story pavilion with floor-to-ceiling windows includes a 23-meter (25-yard) side for swimming laps and jets on a shorter side for swimming against a current. Adjacent to the pool is a 5.25-meter-square (17-ft) spa tub.
The resort rents boogie boards, and AquaWorld arranges parasailing flights. AquaWorld's main center is a marina located 1.5 km (1 mi) away on Nichupté Lagoon, where a myriad of watersports are available, including kayaking, personal watercraft, sailing, and windsurfing. AquaWorld also books fishing trips and scuba diving and snorkeling excursions.
The resort includes two lighted tennis courts (surcharges). The 18-hole Hilton golf course is 2.5 km (1.5 mi) from the hotel, and the 18-hole Pok-Ta-Pok Golf Club is 7.5 km (4.75 mi).
