Bullfights are held most Sundays, October to March, in the Plaza Nuevo Progreso ring. Golf They say that scarcely a day passes that you cannot play golf in Guadalajara, and the number of courses in and around the city seems to prove that. Presidential Suite -For the ultimate Quinta Real experience, the expansive two-story Presidential Suite, an impressive 255 square meters (2,745 square feet), has large picture windows and a private terrace overlooking the hotel’s lush and perfectly manicured gardens. Once nicknamed the country’s “biggest small town,” Guadalajara has registered astounding growth in recent decades.
