What to Expect: The Villa Rolandi is small and friendly, with none of the pomp of some luxury hotels, but with all of the comforts. With a policy disallowing guests under the age of 13, it is popular with celebrating couples looking for privacy and pampering. Guests visit local attractions or simply wile away the day by the pool or under a shady beachside palapa.

Amenity Highlights: Guests board the hotel's private catamaran yacht at Cancún's Playa Linda dock for a 25-minute ride to Isla Mujeres.
