This beautiful private estate is just minutes away from the center of Puerto Vallarta in lower Conchas Chinas. Casa Consuelo is a traditional, colonial villa that possesses all of the comforts of a modern home, including a private tennis court.

The house is situated oceanfront on four terraced levels. It has a romantic, tropical, open-air atmosphere. A secure, private stairway leads you down to the ocean. Directly in front of the villa is a lovely rock landscape perfect for exploring tide pools, and for fishing. On either side are lovely local beaches where you can enjoy the sand and ocean without the hustle and bustle of beach vendors and hotel tourists. The main tourist beach is within walking distance.

Casa Consuelo is a 5 1/2 bedroom, seven bathroom home. All bedrooms have private en suite bathrooms and king size beds adorned with romantic netting. One suite also has an attached children's bedroom appointed with two twin beds. All bedrooms have security safes for your convenience. The home has the capacity to sleep a maximum of 12 people.

The villa has a lovely full size, private, lighted tennis court alongside a full size swimming pool and large jacuzzi. For your convenience a cabana sits poolside with a complete kitchen and bathroom including shower. The kitchen area has a new modern barbeque, refrigerator and sink. There is also a lovely palapa and a view of the spectacular Banderas Bay.

Other amenities include cable TV, VCR, Stereo and CD player, microwave, onsite computer with internet access.

For the health and security of guests a water purification system is installed in the kitchen so that water used in the cleaning and preparation of food is not contaminated. Fresh water is drawn from this source and placed daily in each suite. Of course, bottled water is also available.

Casa Consuelo also comes with a full staff including cook, house manager and housekeepers. The chef prepares and serves two meals per day. The house manager shops each morning for the freshest of ingredients for your meals. A food and beverage bill will be presented to you at the end of your stay.
