The interior incorporates lots of dramatic open spaces, skylights, interior gardens and a sensuous blending of vivid local colors and textures. Located on the water's edge in the exclusive hotel zone, 10 minutes south of downtown Puerto Vallarta. The villa is located between the Presidente Intercontinental Hotel and La jolla de Mismaloya resort and Spa and overlooks the famous Los Arcos rock formation. The sweeping ocean views from the bedrooms, bathrooms, terraces, dining room, living room and kitchen are spectacular. To the north you can see the lovely city lights and to the south, the rocky coast lined with beaches and emerald hills.
The four bedrooms with baths comfortably sleep eight. The magnificent master suite covers the entire top floor and boasts a separate palapa for dining/entertaining, a sitting room and terrace, all with panoramic ocean views. The other two spacious guest bedrooms have private baths and terraces with ocean views. The bathrooms in these bedrooms also have showers overlooking the surf below. The fourth bedroom has a private bath and a garden view.
 The main floor, as the entire villa, has an elegant white marble floor lined with pebble mosaics, comfortable oversized couches, a high ceiling and skylights, an interior garden, stereo and bar. Large glass doors lead to a large sunny and partly covered terrace, a heated infinity pool that is spectacularly perched over the surf below. Two hundred yards away is a nice little beach that is usually deserted and the legendary Mismaloya Beach is only half a mile away. The villa also has its own private sandy area adjacent to the pool with lounges and a hammock under a shady palm tree.
Marilu III has air-conditioning throughout, a state of the art kitchen, bar, Bose stereo/cd system, TV, phones in each room, fax, extra line for computer hook up and a laundry. A cook and houseman live on the premises in their own separate quarters.
