This 8,000 square foot ocean front villa is one of Puerto Vallarta´s finest examples of spectacular new palapa architecture. With white marble floors and a lavish decor that blend modern furnishings with Mexican tradition, Casa San Sebastian is nestled majestically in a sheltered cove overlooking the landmark Los Arcos Caves, offering breath taking ocean views from its 45 foot infinity pool and Jacuzzi.

The focal point of the villa is the living room, with its palm thatched palapa that soars 35ft. above the living room floor, offering panoramic views of Los Arcos and Banderas Bay. Artfully designed to take full advantage of the spectacular views, each room embraces the majestic setting. The unique blend of contemporary style and traditional Mexican flare create a fun yet luxurious atmosphere. All four bedrooms have king beds, ensuite baths and ocean views. Amenities also include satellite TV, stereo, fax, phone, full-time staff, and air-conditioning. Sorry, no children or smoking inside the villa.
