Casa Tabachin - named for the huge tree growing right through the middle of it - is one of the original houses of Gringo Gulch. Outside the front door the Zona Romantica beckons with its cobble stoned streets, sidewalk cafes, boutiques, beach, parks and art galleries.

Recently remodeled this four bedroom downtown home has spectacular views of the town and Banderas Bay. Each of the sitting areas and bedrooms is unique in style and color, making good use of original art and locally found antiques.

The master suite features a fireplace, sitting room and an office area. The master bathroom has an open-air bathroom and matrimonial sunken tub with French doors that open to the garden and Jacuzzi terrace. The three other bedrooms are on the entry level - 2 with queen beds and 1 with twin beds - all with private bathrooms and air-conditioning. The living, dining, kitchen, sitting areas and a spacious big patio are also on this level.

The Jacuzzi/splash pool holds 8 people and the sun deck with chaise lounges and tables is ideal for lunch or drinks. The house comes with a full staff to pamper you on your dream vacation.
