Ventanas al Mar is set in a lush, jungle mountainside refuge surrounded by fabulous trees and wildlife, this newly constructed 9,300 sqft villa offers breathtaking views of Puerto Vallarta and the Bay of Banderas from its lofty perch. Professionally designed and decorated, Ventanas al Mar or "Windows to the Sea", has incredible views from each and every corner of the villa.

Rock fountains, exquisite Indonesian furnishings, handmade linens, teak wood trim and accessories, and granite countertops are just a few of the amenities that give this spectacular villa a dramatic modern touch while maintaining a soothing organic design.

Located in the prestigious upper Conchas Chinas residential neighborhood, you are only 5 minutes from downtown Vallarta by taxi.

Each of the four bedrooms offers the ultimate in privacy with large spacious terraces and seating areas. Three rooms have king beds and one has two twins that can be made into a king. All have private en-suite bathrooms and air-conditioning.

There is a TV and Stereo with CD in the Living area. The TV service is
Direct TV which includes a variety of English channels.
