The hotel has a total of 659 rooms, divided into categories - Standard, Club Floor Rooms, Junior Suites, Business Rooms, Master Suites and a Presidential Suite.

All the rooms and suites benefit from contemporary Mexican decor, with typically Mexican oak furnishings and fittings. Rooms for the disabled and non-smoking rooms are available.

Standard Rooms include one king-size bed or two connecting bedrooms with two queen-size beds and one king-size bed, with either a park view or city view.

Situated on floor 20, and from floors 34 to 42 (floors 36 to 37 are non-smoking), the Club Floor provides unsurpassed, attentive and personal service. There are 195 comfortable rooms including:

All suites feature the same characteristics as the Standard Rooms, but with a superior level of amenities, and provide unsurpassed attentive and personal service.

Junior Suites are located on the 12th, 30th, 40th, 41st and 42nd floors. The room offers two units - a bedroom and a lounge area, divided by sliding doors

Master Suites - The room offers four units - two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with two beds, lounge, dining room and kitchenette. Master Suites are elegantly decorated and include a large dressing room and cupboard.

Governor's Suite

This suite is the second most important suite in the hotel, with views of Chapultepec Park. The room offers six units, consisting of a large room that includes a small lounge, dressing room and a bathroom in the same unit. The lounge and bedroom area door adjoining the kitchen can be locked.

The Presidential Suite offers eight units, containing valuable decorative Mexican furnishings and fittings, such as gold leaf on the columns and decorative picture frames. The suite has views overlooking Chapultepec Park and the city, and features two spacious bedrooms, one with king-size bed and the other with two beds. The Presidential Suite includes Standard Room, Club Floor Room, Business Floor Room, Junior Suite, Master Suite and Governor's Suite amenities plus:
