Overview
Rosewood Mayakoba offers 128 individual suites located in the mangrove jungle around the lagoon, over water on the lagoon, or beachside. Upon arrival, guests are transported to their private suite by boat or golf cart. Designed to blend in with the surrounding natural environment, suites are appointed with indigenous materials including limestone and woods, while wooden lattices and glass doors create an airy feel. All suites feature a plunge pool and a terrace or rooftop sun deck. Some suites also feature outdoor garden showers. Bathroom amenities include complimentary Lady Primrose toiletries, bathrobes, and slippers. All suites are equipped with minibars, coffee/tea makers, safes, satellite TVs, multi-line phones with voicemail, CD/DVD players, and wireless and TV Internet access (surcharge).

Beachfront Suite - Situated directly on the beach just steps from the ocean, this suite offers a beachfront terrace with plunge pool, spacious bathroom with outdoor garden area and unobstructed views of the ocean.

Deluxe Lagoon Suite - Situated on the resort's emerald lagoons, this executive one-bedroom suite features a separate living room area, lagoon-side terrace with plunge pool, rooftop sundeck, bathroom with outdoor garden shower and second guest powder room with shower. The suite offers views of the lagoons and mangroves.

Deluxe Ocean View Beach Suite - Situated beachside with stunning views of the ocean and Caribbean coastline, this expansive suite features an upper level living room area with outdoor terrace with plunge pool, rooftop sundeck and private butler pantry. The lagoon-side master bedroom suite offers a sitting area for lounging and over-sized bathroom with changing area. The suite offers an additional guest powder room with shower.

Beachside Lagoon View Suite - Nestled beachside, just steps from the ocean, this over-sized one-bedroom suite features a large foyer, separate living room area, lagoon-side terrace with plunge pool and spacious bathroom. The suite offers expansive lagoon views from its terrace and partial views of the ocean.

Lagoon Suite - Situated on the resort's emerald lagoons, this over-sized suite features an expansive lagoon-side terrace with plunge pool, rooftop sundeck, bathroom with outdoor garden shower and views of the lagoons and mangroves.

Beachside Ocean View Suite - Nestled beachside, this over-sized suite offers a separate seating area, rooftop sundeck with plunge pool, and spacious bathroom. The Suite offers panoramic ocean views.

Deluxe Over Water Lagoon Suite - Appearing to float along the water's edge, this ultra contemporary one-bedroom suite gracefully extends over the resort waterways and features a lagoon-side terrace with plunge pool, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors to capture the essence of the surroundings, bathroom with outdoor garden shower and views of mangroves.

Island Suite - Interior with 599 sq ft. exterior Located near the crystal-clear cenote of the resort's spa island, the indulgent spa suite boasts a private treatment room, terrace with plunge pool, a loft 2 floor design and bathroom with outdoor garden shower.
