Casa de Sierra Nevada Hotel Accommodations
The hotel has 33 deluxe rooms and suites, distributed among four mansions and the Casa del Parque, a few minutes walk away.
The design of the accommodations follows the original architecture and so no two rooms are identical in size and amenities. Each of the rooms and suites has its own individual décor but they all celebrate the spirit of San Miguel. They are characterized by the furnishings, art and antiques, exquisite fabrics, and richly colored Talavera-tiled bathrooms, that add a touch of charm.
Hotel Rooms
There are 17 Deluxe Rooms throughout the Casa de Sierra Nevada complex. Each room is individually decorated in the local style, which is a mix of Spanish Colonial and Mexican.
Most rooms have quarry-stone fireplaces, some have private balconies with beautiful views, all have exquisite furnishings, talavera-tiled bathrooms and an area for relaxing after a day's sightseeing.
Suites There are 11 Junior Suites and 5 One-Bedroom Suites each individually decorated and in different areas of the complex. Most of our suites feature a working fireplace and all have a comfortable lounge for relaxing after your day's sightseeing. A private terrace or balcony lends breathtaking views or direct access to the gardens and courtyards of the hotel. The rooms are spacious and have king size beds.
Casa de Sierra Nevada Hotel Dining
The Casa de Sierra Nevada's restaurants are at the top of hotel dining establishments in Mexico, and the culinary choices on offer are as exceptional as the hotel itself.
Executive Chef Gonzalo Martinez is the Executive Chef of the award-winning Casa de Sierra Nevada. At age 33, Gonzalo has been around the block - the culinary butcher block, that is - learning his trade from some of the world's most renowned chefs. After fourteen years of apprenticing in first-class kitchens from the famed Cafe Brazil and five-star French Room in Dallas to Orient-Express Hotels' sister property, The Windsor Court in New Orleans, Martínez returned in June to his beloved San Miguel home as Executive Chef of the award-winning Casa Sierra Nevada kitchens.
El Centro

Guests will enjoy a memorable dining experience in this stunning restaurant. It is the winner of Mexico's prestigious Distintivo H, as well as the coveted AAA Four Diamond and the Dirona awards, the only restaurant in San Miguel to receive these honors.
Hotel Bars The Casa del Parque offers a bar where the boleros of a local trio provide the perfect backdrop to indulge in a refreshing cocktail or aperitif before dinner. The Blue Bar extends on to the patio where you can sip your drink of choice whilst soaking up the atmosphere of the town bustling along in front of you.
Casa del Parque Nestled beneath the colonnades of the mansion, the menu features tasty Mexican specialties with exotic names and flavors, like sopa azteca, tacos a la milpa, trozo torero, mole de marilú, and leche quemada a la naranja. The adjacent Parque Benito Juárez is ideal for a shady stroll after lunch or to work up an appetite before dinner.
