Sorry I haven't responded sooner! So busy getting our apartment set up. We LOOOOVED our honeymoon!!! It was perfect!! The hotel room at Dreams Puerto Vallarta was gorgeous! View was amazing! The service was incredible! Everything was clean and perfect. The restaurants were delicious! We loved the 24 hour room service! :) It was like a cruise! There were activities every hour, we watched a fire show one night, went to a pirate party with dancers another night, and watched Monday night football on the beach on a giant screen! We went kayaking, swimming, went for walks on the beach, I got my nails done, and ate a lot!! One day we even rented jet skiis from our beach. It was a blast!! We absolutely loved it there! The weather was great! Not a drop of rain, but amazing electrical storms at night! They were so cool! We watched them over the ocean from our bed. Beautiful!! It was fairly hot during the day, usually above 90, but I was happy because I didn't want to be cold on a beach vacation! Made the pools and ocean that much more enjoyable! There was also wildlife! Crabs, birds, butterflies, pelicans, TONS of lizards and iguanas! One day we were at a restaurant and an iguana came walking in on the deck. It was awesome! We also got to watch a bunch of them from the pool. It was so fun! John loves animals so he especially loved all the wildlife! Let's see... What else? Pretty much everything was perfect! We couldn't get over the free food and drinks and how nice the restaurants were! I loved how nice everyone who works there was. One of my favorite things was thT almost every time someone helped me, whether a question be answered or ordering room service, they always answered "It's a pleasure". So cool!! Anyways, everything was perfect! We were totally blessed!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! for finding this place for us!! We took home such great memories and had such a wonderful time!! Hi! We had a wonderful time! The Dreams had great service & was so wonderful! As my son said when we first arrived "I know why this place called the Dreams! It is!" This was a trip of a life time. Please let your clients know that the Dreams is very family friendly. Thank you so much for all your help with the trip. It all was just super! The "El Dorado Royale" is such a superb place! Loved the food, spa, gym, and location...just as we asked you to help us find - great! The only small 'con' of the place is the beach. As you may know, compared to Playa or Cancun, it is somewhat small and has lots of rocky areas that limit long beach walks or runs. This might be something you point out to clients in the future. However, I would still highly recommend the place and would stay there again for sure. I have recommended some of my friends to use your 'travelwizard' service for their own trips so you may be hearing from some of them in the near future. Good morning Jenni, What I enjoyed, yet found frustrating was the lack of clocks, and u.s.. newspapers. I am a news freek and junkie: quite the experience with the feel of a blackout. The resort did have cnn world, but never found u.s. info. Oh well, I am home and all caught up. Not having clocks ANYWHERE was an interesting concept. Quite interesting! By the end of our stay I found the enjoyment of relaxation with out a time constraint incredible. Again frustrating for me was check in. That was the most difficult time for me. I had not come to realize I was in another country and culture and I was the minority. I was very hot and everyone spoke broken english at best. By that evening I understood, thanks to my friend who pointed out the cultural differences; and picking up on the effort to speak english for the staff gave me a deepen unerstanding and appreciation for the staff.
The food was great from the snack bar to main dinning, to the specialty resterants. All the food had beautiful creative presentation, as did specialty drinks. Amy took some pictures of pretty food! We had tickets to 3 nites of specialty food: steak, Itailian & Mexican resterants. The specialty restaurants were all 5 course meals. Two of them were in air conditioning, Italian, and Mexican, and the steak restaurant was on the patio.
The air conditioning was the only improvement I would make to the resort! Our rooms were not cool enough for American comfort, and other than our rooms, and the two specialty restaurants there was no other air. Check in would be easier if we had a airconditioned area. I was so very very hot. Other than that we were ok, acceptable but..... We did downgrade Amy and Andrea's room. You were correct, they were a building away. But, at downgrading them, the resort upgraded the area we all were in. The closest to the beach, pool, and fine dinning. Our rooms were all side by side. We had a ball going back and forth.
Security was every where. Very discrete, but comforting, always a presence and in a seperate uniform. Just another happy staffer offering all that we could desire. . When the fella came to check the air, and explain the difference in our air at home verses mexico he brought along security. When we locked our selves out of our safe security he was who came to open it. We knew we were safe in the resort from any harm. Yes also the doc was on staff, with signs to help find him if needed. Only one of us may have needed him and that was when Amy discovered the mango margarita and had a few too many. She slept it off and was ready to go the next day.
The resort had multigenerational quests. That was great! Children were respected, as were the elderly. Activities were meant for both. We never saw disrespectfull language or drinking. It is a resort for all ethnics and all ages. The best for me. It was fun to see and identify nationalities.
I hope this helps you as you refer this resort to others. I am ready to go again, although my husband and pets are glad i am home. If you ever see that the rates are down low let me know. I may surprise you and book another trip yet this fall, or even mid august. Would not refuse another resort, but completely happy with ours.

Feedback about our Caribbean, Mexico and Hawaii Specialist: Riviera Maya, Paradisa Riviera Resort Our trip was wonderful as always! The car transfer was very nice and we had a wonderful room, location, etc and had no issues. The property is nice overall - not quite like the properties in Hawaii we stayed at before but still very nice. The service and staff seemed somewhat disorganized and many couples we were traveling with who did not book with you had issues with their rooms etc i.e. booked ocean view but were given garden view upon arrival etc and had poor quality service even in the Royal Service section. However, we had no issues whatsoever. Not sure how you always get it done, but things went without a hitch for us and the service was very good - again not quite Four Seasons level service but that wasn't expected either for the hotel we chose where the wedding was being held. Thanks again for all your help. I'll let you know when we decide to plan our next adventure! I promised Alex that he can join us next time as he was pretty disappointed to stay home for the Mexico trip! Hope you are well. Good morning: Cabo was very nice. ME Cabo was posh. The best thing about it was our concierge - Marina. She was very polite, attentive and professional. Prices were a bit less than we expected, frankly, re food, gas and drinks. The restaurant at ME Cabo was pretty good, but we found a few places that were much better. ME has no restaurant inside the hotel - only one outside near the pool. That was not a problem, but it was different. The night club "Passions" was a hot spot. The music was loud, but nothing we couldn't deal with after going to bed in the evenings. I think that was because out room was on the other end of the facility. I could see it could be an issue for someone who is not used to the loud music and heavy bass vibrations. Location of ME was excellent - close to downtown Cabo. Sarah and rented a scooter one day. We kayaked one day. We rented a car one day which was the same day I played golf. Sarah tagged along. The golf fees were not bad at $137 at Cabo Del Sol, but that was mainly because they only had 9 of their 18 holes open to play - they were running a special price. The Mexican merchants are very aggressive, and we knew that going in. The obnoxious ones were the condo sales people. We learned to just say "no thanks" about 5 times and they would then leave you alone. Sarah and I would redo Cabo again someday. Overall it was a great trip and we definitely caught up on our rest. Hi Sir, We had a wonderful vacation at Clubmed Ixtapa. We also got lucky as they were really under occupied (only 70 guests in the village, with capacity of 900!). Needless to say we got a lot of personal attention. Majority of other families were also with kids, so we felt very comfortable there, and our daughter really enjoyed all the activities, playgrounds, walking on the beach and swimming in the pool. We also put her into their Baby Club for a few hours to enjoy some tennis together. Overall, I'd say this was the ideal vacation place for us to go to as a family and the only downside was that we'd wish we stayed longer than 4 nights. Hi Dear, We're back and we had a fantastic time in The transfer from Once we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by very friendly staff and a glass of champagne. They also gave us a moist cloth with a wonderful fragrant to clean our hands. Our room was great. It was spacious and clean. The only downside was the level of humidity in the rooms. We spoke with other guests and they all complained about the high level of moisture in their respective rooms. some even had condensation on their television screens. I believe that the air conditioning system is inadequate. All of our clothes in the drawers and closets remained a bit damp throughout our stay. The staff was very helpful and courteous. They were absolutely great in all respects. The resort has Internet service for a premium. You can buy it a couple of different ways. 1) Hotel computer: $6 US for 30 minutes 2) Personal computer (wireless internet): $15 US for 24 hours. 3) Personal computer (wireless internet): $70 US for 1 week. The food was very good. I wouldn't call it gourmet, but the offerings at the various restaurants were very tasty. The hotel had a beach cook-out with all kinds of Mexican food. That was very delicious! The pool (4 total) were fantastic! Very clean and well maintained. The beach was fine, but had too much seaweed. The drinks were great. The staff always made sure to pour a healthy amount of alcohol. The entertainment and activities were fine. We didn't partake too much, but what we saw looked fun. We highly recommend a half day trip to Selvatica for a wonderful Zip Line Tour for adventurous people. I would have gone there everyday if I could. For $100 US, you get a great zip tour through a forest followed by a quick trip to a sinkhole for a 30 minute swim....followed by a chicken fajita lunch. If you want to know anything else, please don't hesitate to ask. Thank you very much in helping us find this great place. We had an amazing time! To summarize, fantastic. Pick-up at airport great. Upgraded room was simple but beautiful, clean, modern. Door entered onto large deck with oversized sofa and a 15 foot long infinity pool overlooking ocean which was essentially totally private. They brought complimentary guacamole and chips to the room every afternoon around 5p. There was a complimentary bottle of some different tequila each night put out in the common library. The food was excellent. Breakfasts included because of your travel agency were excellent, and everything we ordered off menu was paid for, except alcohol and tips (didn’t order alcohol at breakfast though).
Common grounds were slightly less beautiful than Casa Que Canta’s, but were fine, and the room decks at Capella are brighter and less covered than those at Casa Que Canta (which we visited), and the bedrooms are better at Capella.

The boat tour was our favorite as each couple got to drive their own boat and go snorkeling. The BOB was a real adventure, 21 feet under water. Tulum was very interesting, but the trip from our hotel to Tulum was 3 hours and should have been 1 hour. We were the first hotel to be picked up and had to go to about 8 other hotels to pick up guests, not a good travel experience. The trip was wonderful!! :) We arrived Monday and didn't do anything because we were so tired. The snorkeling excursion was tons of fun! It was like 4 hours total I think, and we went to two different reefs, and then had lunch. Drinks were flowing the entire time. It was a blast. Our last day on the island, we decided to take it upon ourselves and take a taxi ride to Chankanaab park and do some snorkeling. VERY cool. We hung out there for a few hours and then went back to the hotel, and met a couple that got married the same day we did, so we hung out with them all evening on Saturday. All in all, a really great trip. Lots of relaxing and eating and drinking. We snorkeled in front of our hotel quite a bit too. It was just wonderful. The swim up suite is AMAZING. I would not recommend any other room type to anyone who wants to travel there. The food was good. We liked that it was a menu, instead of a buffet. :) You were fantastic with all your help, and with all of my craziness lol. I really appreciate everything you did. All the reviews we saw discouraging people my age and Cindy's age to stay at the ME are bogus and the other negative reviews referencing the noise coming from Passion Night Club for guest who are staying on the lower floors is bogus as well. We fit right in to the younger crowd without feeling the least concern of our age. We saw others our age anyway. As for the noise, we slept without hearing a sound and we were on the 2nd floor. The music around the pool was enjoyable during the day. When I checked in the hotel I pushed for an upgrade as you and I discussed but they wanted an arm and leg to upgrade so I decided I would take the room we originally were getting but when we got to our room I found a picturesque view over looking the pool and ocean. I told Cindy I was glad we didn't take them up on the upgrade. We walked approximately 4 miles most mornings as exercise. Each walk we
took a different route through the town and marina getting to know what was there. We did find the food to be very pricey in most restaurants around the
marina and hotel but as we got into the later part of the week we had discovered local restaurants where pricing is more reasonable without sacrificing the quality of food. We left Cabo feeling like we got our moneys worth and best of all we
know there is more to Cabo than what we got to experience so it makes it easy for us to plan our next vacation 2010 in Cabo. Cindy and I appreciate what you did in helping us choose this vacation. Jenni, It was really a great trip. We had lots of fun. The hotel was nice, the beach was great, and the food was good. We did a couple of extra outings while there. We went scuba diving one day and then a day long excursion to Coba (ruins, zip line, rappelling, kayaking, Mayan village tour) and had a blast on these outings. The Secrets Maroma resort, staff, food, accomodations, etc. were all wonderful! And we got quite the treatment, since you had booked us as an anniversary package in order to get the spa coupon (they upgraded our room, hung an anniversary sign on our door, left us chilled champagne and a champagne breakfast in bed - it was actually very funny, but great).
Few little glitchy things based likely on newness, but i would totally recommend it to others.

I meant to send you an email yesterday, after we returned, but the first day back at work was ridiculously hectic.
The vacation was great - no hitches. The Desire Resort was beautiful, and very relaxing. Staff, grounds, room, and food was A+. Flight was non-eventful, as we like them.
There turned out to be no exit tax at the airport, so that was good as well.

Our trip was amazing! We had a spot of bad weather, but everything about the resort was as perfect as we could have ever hoped. Good morning Jenni, We wish we were still there!!! It was absolutely the most relaxing and best trip we have ever taken. Before this time, the Jamaica Inn trip you sent us on previously was our favorite, with Jamaica Inn having a certain rustic kind of charm and excellent service! However, the Excellence was very modern and fabulous in every way. The spa was elegant and very reasonably priced with an outdoor hydrotherapy area beyond any spa we have seen. The food was just fabulous in every single restaurant...we didn't have a bad bite all week! Our rooftop terrace was huge, and there were outdoor lounge beds on both our main level and rooftop terraces. We laughed at the fact that we had a one-bedroom four-bed suite! There was no waiting for any activities or dining, everything was close enough together that we weren't walking all the time as we have at some larger resorts but still spread out enough to be private. One of our favorite features (although we hardly left our own rooftop) was the private pools for the Excellence Club rooms. There were two large private pools, and at any one time there were only 2-3 couples around each of these pools. Next time (and there will definitely be Have a good week! I was going to write you today to say THANK YOU! La Casa Que Canta was absolutely perfect and exactly what we had envisioned and hoped for. Our travel was completely uneventful with all flights on time, transfers and check in flawless. Our room was so comfortable and the service was beyond all expectations. We would go back every year. Also, to make it even nicer, there were only 4 other couples in total at the hotel since it was still "low season". We had the pool completely to ourselves and felt like the whole hotel was our private place. We met lovely locals and even took us around for the day. He took us to his friend's house who had just caught a couple pounds of shrimp and we took the shrimp to a local beach restaurant who cooked them up for us. They were delicious with ice cold beers on a hot day.

It was a GREAT trip! Thank you so much for a flawless vacation! The flights all ran on time and smooth as did the transportation to and from the airport in Cabo. I look forward to Cabo improving their airport as it looked like they are in the process of doing. The Hilton was a gorgeous property with wonderful service and a very friendly staff. It made our 14th Anniversary one that we will never forget. The trip was FABULOUS. The resort was absolutely beautiful, the service was impeccable and the food was the best I have had on any vacation anywhere I have been. This was very romantic resort. The transportation accommodations where almost as good as a private limo and we had no complaints of any kind. Dreams Punta Cana is very nice. We were happy with the many restaurant choices, the very nice pool, beautiful, clean beach, and friendly staff. Our room was nice too - a fine size for us. There was mildew on the lamp shades, but the humidity is so high I'm sure that's why. Some of the doors (bathroom, closet, etc.) were dirty. All they needed was to be wiped down because there were visible spots. But housekeeping did an excellent job with everything else. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dreams and will definitely recommend it. The tours was also excellent. Always on time, very friendly, and they had a rep. at our hotel, which was very convenient. The hotel is over an hour away from the airport, and the roads there are terrible. We liked the Iberostar Quetzal a lot. The Star Friends (activity people) were great to have around, especially for the kids. The resort was nice and the staff was great. There are a lot of hard working people that work there; they are very friendly and do a great job. The food was okay, but there wasn’t anything spectacular about it. High chairs and ramps for strollers everywhere. Entertainment all day and night and staff that were so friendly and accommodating. The resort is spanking new and shiny. We never left the property and still there were things we didn't do. My in-laws and my mother also thought it was great and had a wonderful vacation. All week long I got all the praise and credit for picking such a great place...so I'm passing those along to you too! We all can't wait to go back and several other family members are interested to go with us... we'll see what happens.
