Day 1. Arrive Amman & transfer to Petra
Upon arrival at Amman Airport you will be met and transferred to your chosen hotel in Petra. The remainder of your day is at leisure. D

Day 2. Petra
Today visit Jordan's most exciting site; Petra. Petra is carved out of the craggy rock mountains south of the Dead Sea by the Nabataean traders more than 2000 years ago. Travel by horseback or carriage through a narrow siq; the suddenview of the spectacular Khazneh or Treasury is dramatic. See the gigantic Deir or Monastery, the High Place and the Roman-styled Palace Tomb. BD

Day 3. Petra to Amman
On your drive back to Amman, visit the crusader Castle of Kerak, the historic Mt. Nebo from which Moses was allowed to view the Promised Land and Madaba, where the oldest mosaic map of the Holy Land exists. BLD

Day 4. Amman
Visit Jerash, the most exquisite Graeco-Roman City built in 130 A.D. by Hadrian. Then proceed to the Temple of Zeus; the restored South Theatre and the temple of Artemis built in 150 A.D. to honor Jerash’s patron goddess. BD

Day 5. Depart Amman
You will be transferred to Amman Airport for your onward flight. B
