This program combines the ultimate treasures of Jordan and Egypt beginning with three nights in Amman. Day trips include visits to the ancient trading cities of Jerash and Um Qais, the sacred Biblical city of Mt. Nebo, and Madaba, teeming with glittering Byzantine mosaics. Visit the Crusader castle of Kerak en route to the stone city of Petra, the undisputed jewel of Jordan. Spend a full day exploring Petra and the surrounding desert.

Explore the ethereal wonder of Wadi Rum as you travel to Amman for your flight to Cairo. Spend three nights here, discovering the timeless majesty of the Great Pyramids, and the many epochs of history within Cairo's museums, churches, and synagogues. Travel to Abu Simbel, and explore the wondrous temples dedicated to Ramses II. Tour Aswan's many wonders, including the Nubian museum, and St Simeon monastery. Travel to Luxor, for two days of extensive touring of the myriad sites here. Return to Cairo for a last trip to the bazaar before your international departure.
