Days 1-2:
Arrive in Muscat. Your representative will meet you and transfer you to your hotel, situated on a sandy cove surrounded by the majestic Hajar Mountains.

Day 3:
Today, enjoy a morning sightseeing excursion of the enchanting port city of Muscat beginning with the magnificent Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, a unique Islamic landmark.

Day 4:
This morning visit Beit Al Falaj, the Sultan's Armed Forces Museum. Then travel to the Wahiba Sands, a pocket of red dunes nestled between the Gulf of Oman and the Jiddat Al Harassis, a protected wildlife area. Travel off-road deep inside the sands to a traditional Bedouin encampment tucked at the foot of a large sand dune. A lavish dinner awaits, where you eat seated on Bedouin carpets. Your home this evening is a traditional tented camp.

Day 5:
Visit a traditional Bedouin encampment to meet the locals and enjoy traditional Arabic coffee, the welcome drink of the Middle East. Drive along the beautiful Omani coastline where you may have an opportunity to swim in the Arabian Sea. An en-route stop at Wadi Tiwi finishes the Day before returning to your hotel in Muscat.

Day 6:
Relax this morning before embarking on a walking tour of Muscat's old town. Stroll through Al Alam palace, the residence of Oman's hereditary ruler, Sultan Qaboos. Continue to the Muttrah souk and the Omani antique stalls.

Day 7:
Travel to Jebel Shams, the highest mountain in Oman. The scenery is stunning as you make your way to the village of Al Hamra, a beautiful plantation town situated at the foothills of the mountain.

Days 8-9:
ToDay's highlights include The Jabrin Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and a visit to the village of Bahla, renowned for its pottery and use of indigo dye. Enjoy more shopping on your last Day in Oman.

Day 10:
Board your onward flight.
