What better way is there to learn the culture of a country than tasting its food and better yet preparing dishes with original products, meeting the people in the markets and fruit/vegetable stands, and together with a chef elaborating these preparations?

We offer a cooking workshop where you will be able to prepare dishes from different recipes, accompany a chef in his shopping, and along with his expert assistant, correctly choose ingredients and visit different markets, Santiago's agricultural terminal, fish terminal, butchers and fruit/ vegetable stands. We invite you to come along on this incredible journey. All lunches include a special selection of wines and liquors.

11:30 hrs. Prepare lunch.
