Calafate is home to one of the worlds most famous glaciers - Moreno Glacier. A beautiful small town located on a glacial fed river, El Calafate is the heart of Argentinean Patagonia.The Glaciers National Park, in which the Moreno glacier sits, covers a area of some 600,000 hectares with 47 glaciers, such as the Viedma, the Moyano, the Marconi, the Upsala, the Agassiz, the Bolado, the Onelli, the Peineta, the Spegazzini, the Mayo, all of them located within the Atlantic basin.

Day 2. Today is spent visiting the Glacier National Park and viewing the Moreno Glacier. There are opportunities to take a boat adventure near the face of the glaciar or to trek onto the glaciar (See below).

Day 3. Transfer to the airport or continue onto Chile or Ushuaia.
