The trails in between the Torres del Paine famous craggy mountains are among the world's classic trekking routes. Breathtaking views together with glaciers, rivers, lakes, forests and abundant wildlife provides the trip with constantly changing scenarios and experiences. During summer (Nov-Mar) there are 18 hours of daylight that give the explorers plenty of time for the walking journey. With Andean condors circling overhead and guanacos grazing in the valleys, this amazing trek offers a genuine wilderness experience.

Located in the center-west area of Torres del Paine NP, Patagonia, Chile, the EcoCamp consists of tented igloo-type domes built to minimize the environmental impact while providing a comfortable setting and great exposure to nature.

Its structure produces minimal environmental impact while providing an efficient thermal and wind resistant unit, with great exposure to nature in the most magnificent Patagonian setting.

Each dome has a private bathroom, comfortable double or twin beds, and it is heated by a modern low-emission wood stove. In addition, every dome has its own composting device to process waste. Electricity is generated with a micro hydro turbine and solar panels.

Accommodations: Eco Dome Suites

Day 1. AM, Arrive in Punta Arenas. PM, enter Torres del Paine

Day 2. Drive, navigate and walk about lakes Pehoe and Grey

Day 3. Wildlife watching and nature walk in the Park's east pampas with optional hike to Las Torres lookout point.
