Hi Bob, we have been home a few days now and I am just getting back up to speed. The trip was everything I thought it would be plus so much more....A place lost in time. Honiara was a rough start but once we got past the front desk people at the Kitano Hotel things went as expected. We never saw another American the entire trip, just some australians here and there. Diving was beautiful, islands plentiful, parrots and hornbills everywhere! The pace was so slow it was impossible to not relax. Your help in the beginning gave us have the confidence to move forward. Once we got to uepi the true island experience began. Thank you so much for all your work and especially putting up with me. Looking forward to another trip, many places left to see. kathy

Dear Sharon....yes, it has been quite a whirlwind getting home and back to work but it was so worth it! Everything was wonderful. A few small glitches, nothing that wasn’t rectified by our vouchers. We were not on the lists for the safari in Rarotonga or for the morning boat cruise in Pahia. Concierge at Little Poly called for us and got them to swing around and pick us up and the cruise we got on with just our vouchers.
Accommodations were fabulous. You did a really good job. Little Poly was heaven and we really loved the quiet solitude of the Cooks.
Several people told us we might be disappointed in north island after being in south island, but we weren’t at all…we think NZ is just beautiful, the people are friendly and it is so easy to travel. Accommodations there were great too. Takatu was fabulous, we were only sorry we didn’t have enough time in the Makatana area-there was so much to do and see. The highlight was by far Treetops. I felt like we were in heaven! We did several hikes and really lucked out with the weather…cool and sunny. The resort staff was phenomenal, they really went out of their way to cater to your every need.
Bora Bora is of course Bora Bora! I have never seen water that color! The Hilton was excellent..we had much too much food having a complete meal plan…should have only had b’fast and dinner. We were a little worried because we normally like smaller resorts, but we never felt like there were hoards of people around, it was really quite private. We will definitely go back to Polynesia..it is such a great way to break up the overseas trip home.

Thank you soo much for everything! Bora Bora was a beautiful place to visit
and I'm so happy we got to go there. Everything ran very smoothly from all
of the connections between flights and boat rides and the employess at the
Sofitel were more than nice to the both of us. The manager got the chef out
to speak to us about vegetarian options which was really nice of her and him
to prepare something nice for us.
I totally loved the overwater bungalow!! IT was absolutely amazing and then
they upgraded us to a lagoon bungalow afterwards instead of a garden one
which was really nice of them. The mosquitoes were a little bad in the
place and the wind blew pieces of the roof onto our bed and in our room
everyday (which looked like dust) which wasnt so nice but they tried to
sweep and mop everyday to get it out.
We only ate at the hotel restaurant 2 times as we wanted to experience some
of the other restaurants and polynesian cuisine. We also shopped at the
local grocery store every morning to get fresh baguettes for breakfast:)
It rained a couple of days that we were there but we didnt mind. We also
kayaked (courtesy of the hotel) and rented bikes and rode to vaitape for a
half day which was nice as well.
We wanted to thank you for planning such a smooth and relaxing trip for us.
Everything from the information sent in the mail to everyone taking care of
us at the airports was great. We couldnt have asked for anything else.
I gave all of my information to my parents in hopes that they will make a
trp out at some point so hopefully you will get a call within the next
year. I would definitely recommend your services to others who ask!

Hello Travelwizard,
We will DEFINITELY refer you to our friends! Our trip was absolutely wonderful. It could not have been better. You did a wonderful job taking care of every little detail - it was so nice to have all of our booking/itinerary information all in one packet - we guarded that thing with our lives! (Not that one worries about that kind of thing in Tahiti - everyone is so nice and laid back!)? We really enjoyed the Intercontinental Thalasso. The overwater bungalows were spectacular. We loved our activities on both islands - it was the perfect mix of rest and play.
Some of our favorite things: Shark/Ray tour, snorkeling, dolphin adventure, peanut-ice cream at the "Sands" restaurant at Thalasso hotel (SOOOO GOOD!), jet ski tour, meeting other honeymooners, filling up on the buffet at Sofitel...yum!
Some things we did not like:? Dinner at the "fancy" restaurant at the Intercontinental Thalasso (I ordered lobster, the most expensive thing on the menu, and for one, it did not taste good...AND there were only 4 bites!? I left extremely hungry and we ended up having to order room service later on...not good!).? Also, dinner at Bloody Mary's was fun, but the food stunk (exactly as you warned!) :) The only other thing we did not like (AT ALLLL!!!) was the Tiki Village Theater dinner/show. It was quite strange, to say the least, and lasted WAY too long! By the end, Corey would have rather shot a hole in his foot that see another "hula" dance. It was great for the first hour, but by the 3-4 hour mark, we felt stranded.? I'd definitely warn people about it....we would never ever do it again.
Random things to tell people: Don't forget to bring your own personal shampoo/conditioner. I accidentally left mine at home. Although the hotels do provide them, they look/feel like coconut milk - I had sticky, greasy hair much of the time! Also, bring extra memory cards for your camera. We had one with plenty of memory, but it was defective...so we had to have a driver take us to a random electronics store in Moorea. Thank goodness, they had the card we needed...it only cost a small fortune though! Lastly, please let people know to bring a bag of "emergency" medications/bandages, etc. The pharmacy is the only place to get meds if you need them - even over-the-counter pain killers.? I needed one of my medication's while I was there and had to have my doctor from the States fax a prescription to the pharmacy in Bora Bora! It was quite a fiasco, but all ended well and we only lost 1/2 a day of fun. We were sooo pleased with the hotel service through it all...they took VERY good care of me (even asked how I was feeling the next day!) and made all of the arrangements. They even sent a hotel employee to the pharmacy to pick up the prescription and bring it back to our room. They were sooooo wonderful.? Service at that hotel is outstanding.
So Nancy, all in all, aside from very minor issues, our trip was just fantastic. We will remember it always - and we have lots of pictures to look back on! Thanks for all of your assistance - we appreciate it!

Oh! And at first, I thought I'd be able to book all our arrangements online as I normally would for a trip, but trust me, it's next to impossible with all the tiny connecting boats/planes/helicopters, etc. I stumbled upon travelwizard.com and ended up using their Tahiti specialist (Nancy - she's AWESOME!!!!! She spent SO MUCH TIME with me planning this thing, didn't push any resorts on me at all, and it's free. ASK FOR NANCY and you won't be sorry! I'm so glad I had her advice and help!)

Thanks a lot! We had a great trip. No snags. Thank you for arranging it so well. Only disappointment of the trip was Robin had her ipod stolen at the Pearl Resort in Moorea. The property there was beautiful, but the service was poor. We found Moorea over-touristed, but really loved the rest. Our highlights were the week long yatch trip and the Kia Ora in Rangiroa. Everything went off without a hitch (well, except the fact that I
dropped my camera into the ocean off of the catamaran during the sunset catamaran cruise in Bora Bora and we lost all our photos!!!! D'OH! The day before we left, too. That was a tough one to get over, but I'm over it. heh heh Brutal, though!), and Jen was totally blown away. Here's some feedback for ya: - all the hotels rocked. We loved them all, and it was so cool to see that they all had their charms. Taha'a was awesome for sure, too -thanks so much for the suggestion! I loved that we had our own
hammock!!!!!!
- Allo Pizza on Moorea was the best pizza I've ever had. Ever. I'd
definitely recommend that to people. And we could both eat our fill for
like $35, which was a nice break from the food prices, as well. Oh, and they deliver to the hotels too! We did that too - it was so fun! ha ha - feeding the rays/sharks on Tahaa was AMAZING. wow wow wow wow.

- oh! My favorite massage ever was at Tahaa too - they had this thing
where water rains on you from these 3 huge showerheads throughout your massage. WOW.
- Villa Mahana was AMAZING toO!!!!! Jen said it was her favorite meal EVER, and it was my 2nd favorite ever. (I had a dinner at the 4 seasons on Maui that blew my mind, and remains my number 1). We had a great time there, but it was a pain in the ass to get home. I think Regis screwed up the boats or something, but we waited from 10-11pm to be picked up at this dock, which was kind of a bummer, and I started to get scared that no one was coming, and we were in the middle of nowhere.... heh heh Anyway - it worked out just fine. I think there was some confusion among the boat drivers because they were arguing later. I could tell that one of them had goofed. No biggie. The meal was so amazing that it didn't matter!!!!
Oh, and I have NO IDEA how someone could spend $600 in there. Honestly, it'd be almost impossible. You'd have to drink at least 3 glasses of expensive champagne each or something. We had wine and amazing dinners and it was under $300. They did offer us champagne when we got there, but it was clearly not an offer of a "gift," it was just asking if we'd like to order some. No idea what that other couple was thinking...- another thing definitely worth recommending to people would be to eat at Lagoon at St. Regis. It's their nicer place. We ate there a couple nights before Mahana, and honestly, it was *really* close to being as cool, and the view, if you sit by the water, is unbelievable. All you see is the lagoon and mountain. It's awesome, the service was as good or better than Mahana, and the food was amazing. It's also a bit cheaper - I think dinner (and 4 cocktails) was around $220. And Jen wants me to tell you to tell people that their Watermelon Martinis are
to die for. :)
- the sunset catamaran tour with Richard was awesome, just don't leave your camera loose in your pocket if you decide to lay down on the net to look at the stars coming out. derrrrr :)

The entire trip was wonderful! I cried when we had to leave.
The wedding was perfect - Rick is wonderful! We instantly loved him we even went to his church service on Sunday. He is such a great person.
The ziplining was awesome. It was really scary the first few zips, but once we felt more comfortable it was so much fun. Something you have to do - not a whole lot of people can say they get into the jungle and zip across the rainforest. We would do it again!
The Grand Hyatt was needless to say GRAND!!!! We loved it - would have liked a few more days there, but it gives us something to work for in the future!!!"

Jesse and I got back from Tahiti several days ago and we wanted to thank you for booking such a wonderful honeymoon for us!!! We had the best time; it was beautiful and everything we wanted. Thank you for recommending The Sofitel - it is a wonderful place to stay! We only wish that we had done the over-water bungalow one more night since those rooms are so much nicer but 2 nights was great. It was an excellent idea to split up our nights between a garden bungalow and the over-water. We would never have thought to do that but it worked out really well. We did all of the excursions while in the garden bungalow and then completely relaxed the last 2 days in our over-water bungalow. It also gave us something to look forward to at the end of the trip. In addition, we were very glad that you didn't buy us meal plans because there are several places to eat within walking distance of the Sofitel. There is one restaurant that is a 5-minute walk from the hotel called La Bounty where we ate about half our meals! They had an excellent lunch and dinner menu. We ate at Bloody Mary's one night too which was fun but we actually preferred La Bounty and all the other cute restaurants we ate at. Our trip would not have been the same experience if we had eaten all of our meals at the Sofitel. It was nice to eat outside the hotel, to get more of a feel for the place, and to have the opportunity to interact with people who live in Bora Bora. We did the shark and ray feeding excursion as you suggestd and we also did the sunset catamaran cruise - both of which were truly amazing experiences. Thank you so much for booking this absolutely perfect trip for us! It was the best honeymoon we could have imagined and we are already talking about going back sometime...maybe for our 5th or 10th anniversary. And, of course, if we do go back sometime, we'll definitely book the trip through you. =)

When we got to the Bora Bora Lagoon Resort in Bora Bora we were greeted by the manager who called us by name. She checked us in and gave us a tour around the resort. When we got to the room, she told us that they upgraded us to a suite with our own private pool. It was surrounded by palms and beautiful flora making it private and we were right on the beach. It was incredible!! They also arranged on our last night a cake and bottle of champagne brought to the room for us.
And the last night we were scheduled to be in an over water bungalow, they gave us the best end of the pontoon on the resort. I don't know what you told them but thank you very much. We were treated like VIPs.
We have been to many places around the world but this is the most beautiful we've seen. The water was incredible and the resort and staff exceeded our expectations. I am also impressed with you and your company with taking care of all the details. Every place we went we were greeted by your staff and helped with all the transfers. It eliminated all the confusion.
Thank you for all the help!! A 25 year anniversary is a special occasion and you helped make it perfect.

We had a FABULOUS time in Tahiti and Moorea. Accommodations were fabulous. We did add one tour each in Tahiti and Moorea. The Moorea Lagoon trip was fabulous. We swam with Mantarays and Sharks! Snorkeling and Kayaking were
fabulous! The beach hut with private pool was actually better than the above water huts, in our opinion. We had complete privacy. In the over the water huts, you are visible to everyone all the time. You certainly did a great job for us.
We completely relaxed and even got to read a book! Love to read, but rarely get the time to do so. I didn't even take a watch with me on the trip. Another good idea! Many Thanks for your help and thoroughness. We'll think of you, next time we

I've been meaning to email you but I just started back at work and have been dealing with that! Anyway, the honeymoon was amazing! You did such a great job in picking out the activities, the hotels were fabulous, and the weather matched with sunny days the whole time!
We got to the Moorea Pearl by 700am and they were incredibly nice. They upgraded us to the overwater bungalow for free and then had us checked into the room by 830 that morning! The champagne was there by 10am! The lagoon excursion was perfect- we both loved it -and we did lots of fun trips around Moorea.
Bora Bora Pearl Resort was absolutely astonishing. I was so glad you put us there second; we never wanted to leave! The view from our bungalow was amazing and the water was always crystal blue. The jeep tour on Bora Bora was great as well; the guide was awesome and we saw the best views and ate pineapple and bananas that he picked and cut up for us. It was perfect to do it in the morning, too.
Again, I cannot tell you how great of a job you did. I loved the land on Moorea, and the water and views on Bora Bora. The food was all excellent (including Bloody Mary's where I got to talk to the manager in detail about my favorite types of fish) wherever we went and the people were always over the top in kindness.
Anyway, thanks again. I hope we will some day get to go back! I've already told my parents this, but any other friends and family interested in Tahiti I will definitely recommend you.

You beat me to the punch - I was planning to send you an email, letting you know how completely fantastic this trip was! You arranged it perfectly - I don't think there was a thing you could have done to make it better. When we were at Tikehau (which COMPLETELY blew us away) Alex kept asking how it could possibly get any better. He's right, that was a tough one to beat, but Bora Bora of course, was fantastic. Oh, and the jet ski tour worked out great. I think there are at least a couple of jet ski tour operators in Bora Bora but this one had to have been the best. Our guide was this young guy who first played his little ukelele and sang while driving the boat with his foot, then took us on part of the jet ski tour (which is based on his mother's land), then stopped at another part of his property and took us for free on a quad tour of his land to another part of the island (the other couple with us apparently had booked the jet ski/quad combo). Along the way, the guide picked coconuts, bananas and all kinds of other stuff and once we got to the beach prepared this yummy feast of fruit and delicious stuff. Anyway, stick with this tour operator - he definitely wows. Attaching a couple of pics ...
