Dear Sharon....yes, it has been quite a whirlwind getting home and back to work but it was so worth it! Everything was wonderful. A few small glitches, nothing that wasn’t rectified by our vouchers. We were not on the lists for the safari in Rarotonga or for the morning boat cruise in Pahia. Concierge at Little Poly called for us and got them to swing around and pick us up and the cruise we got on with just our vouchers.
Accommodations were fabulous. You did a really good job. Little Poly was heaven and we really loved the quiet solitude of the Cooks.
Several people told us we might be disappointed in north island after being in south island, but we weren’t at all…we think NZ is just beautiful, the people are friendly and it is so easy to travel. Accommodations there were great too. Takatu was fabulous, we were only sorry we didn’t have enough time in the Makatana area-there was so much to do and see. The highlight was by far Treetops. I felt like we were in heaven! We did several hikes and really lucked out with the weather…cool and sunny. The resort staff was phenomenal, they really went out of their way to cater to your every need.
Bora Bora is of course Bora Bora! I have never seen water that color! The Hilton was excellent..we had much too much food having a complete meal plan…should have only had b’fast and dinner. We were a little worried because we normally like smaller resorts, but we never felt like there were hoards of people around, it was really quite private. We will definitely go back to Polynesia..it is such a great way to break up the overseas trip home.

We decided to stay in longer in California since we have family there, apologies for the late response.
The Four Seasons Bora Bora was truly amazing and I would highly recommend it to anyone! The service was wonderful- the staff was friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we were enjoying ourselves.
The entire experience was a dream honeymoon and we appreciate your help. All transfers and hotel check in went smoothly, I can't thank you enough for that peace of mind. The excursions were unbelievable as well!
I can't wait to book our next vacation, and when that time comes we will be in touch!

Overall the trip was really great, and everything went without a hitch. Both hotels were beautiful, although I'd say the Hilton Bora Bora had to be my favorite. Everything was DEFINITELY as expensive as people had
said, which was a bit of a shock but at least we'd been prepared. The only thing I was a bit annoyed by was that the Hilton Bora Bora charges for their boat shuttle into town if you try to take it at 6PM or 7PM - exactly when people would be going to eat! Other than that though, things went great!

We made it back.... unfortunately :) I could have stayed there forever. Thanks so much for your help w/ the trip. It was the best vacation and I don't know how we would ever top it. Rich is already talking about going
back. We loved both hotels you suggested. We ended up asking to purchase an upgrade at the airport for the Air Tahiti Nui flights and it worked both there and back. Now I'm completely spoiled for next time....business class AND the St. Regis. We had no problems at all during the trip...all the flights were great and ontime. We LOVED the St. Regis. I mentioned maybe we should try another hotel nexttime we go back to Bora Bora and Rich said no. The service there was great, everyone is so nice. I will definitely be brushing up on my french when we go back. They were playing Couples Retreat on a 24 hour loop.....it was either that or CNN at night so needless to say I know all the words to that movie. I have a few friends that would like to go to French Polynesia so I'll give them your name. I don't think I can go back to Hawaii now...at least there are lots of islands to explore in the South Pacific.

How are you? Our vacation was GREAT! We enjoyed our accommodations and our trip. We will definitely be looking to book with Travelwizard in the future! Tahiti is absolutely gorgeous.
Manava Suites:
The grounds are beautiful. Once we arrived we stood in a very long line to check in. Once we got to the counter we found out that our room had been given away to another guest that did not pay attention to the name they were signing to. They said that it was a family and they were just walking in the room and would turn right back around. I told them that was not acceptable because they had been in the room. We ended up getting upgraded to a room that was facing the ocean. We had the breakfast buffet at the hotel which was not really good compared to the Sofitel and the St. Regis. I did not realize that it was not included in our package. Overall it was okay to stay in for an overnight trip. The beach was not impressive at the hotel.
Sofitel Moorea:
The accommodations were good. The grounds were really nice and the staff was attentive. When we arrived at the hotel they greeted us with pineapple juice and we were seated while they checked us in. We waited for a very long time before the cart came to get us to check into our room. Once we got to our room the air conditioner was broken but they sent an engineer that fixed it. The breakfast buffet was really good here. We would stay here again!
St. Regis:
The accommodations here were great! The staff was attentive and helpful. The bungalows were huge! The ground were amazing! We actually saw Eagle Rays swimming around the bungalows! Milan actually lost his cell phone at the airport. Shortly after we got to our room they called the room and asked if he lost it and they would bring it to our room the next day! We would without a doubt stay here again!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Tahiti. The accommodations at the Moorea Hilton, weather and activities were great! Overall, it was a wonderful experience and well worth the trip. If we have another opportunity to go again, I would definitely include Bora Bora in our travel plans.
In the future, my husband and I would be interested in traveling to other destinations such as, Spain, Brazil and Costa Rica, just to name a few--Do you have any suggestions for the best times to travel to these destinations?

Wanted to get back to you with our opinion of the Intercontinental Moorea! It was wonderful! What a great location and a beautiful resort, almost beyond words. When our driver pulled up he said to everyone that this was his favorite resort since it had the most gorgeous lush gardens to walk through. The grounds were kept beautifully. As a matter of fact, an Australian couple were cruising around the world and they were docked for the day so they took a cab over to the Intercontinental and sat with us on the beach for a few hours and right before they left I told them that they had to take a walk on the grounds to the far end to see the turtle clinic because they wouldn't believe how gorgeous the walk over was................well, they were so thankful.....they even said that they would love to stay there if they came back!! Our room was spectacular! We had one of the best views (without being on the water or facing it head on). The corner balcony made all this beauty possible. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating and the resort was nice and close to many good restaurants!! Anyone that we met or spoke to really loved the hotel and the people that were going on to Bora Bora were staying at the Intercontinental over there (not the Thalasso). And then when we were flying back to the states we met a couple from California and they stayed at the Intercontinental and said it was fantastic......they were treated royally! I have attached some pictures of the Intercontinental resort! The last few were of us in Bora Bora having a drink to you!! Thank you again Leslie for making our trip a great memory!! Jody and Ken : )

Ia Orana, Hope your week is going well. I just returned from Tahiti, sailing on the Gauguin to the Society Islands. I got one word to express my emotions: Unbelievable. From boarding Air Tahiti Nui flight in LAX to my pre cruise stay at the InterContinental Hotel in Papeete and sailing on the 5 star Paul Gauguin ship to Paradise- everything was phenomenal! We had terrific weather during our 7 day voyage. Of course I burnt my back while snorkeling with lemon sharks and stingrays in Bora Bora, I guess you live and learn! The ship is in an excellent condition. The crew is so attentive, I have never been pampered in luxury and sincere care ever before. When I woke up back home, it took me a moment to realize that nobody is cleaning my room and nobody is going to make me breakfast that morning. I truly enjoyed all inclusive amenities of our product. Gourmet cuisine with accompanied fine wines during dinner was a great compliment to my already memorable experiences in French Polynesia. The use of our watersports marina, just made it so much more convenient for me to enjoy the magical waters of Tahiti. I cannot wait to fully share more of my memories with all of you as I visit your accounts! Maruru!

Got back yesterday and what an amazing Honeymoon you put together for us!! AMAZING!! We had a great honeymoon and everything went perfect! Thanks so much for making our honeymoon so hassle free and just an amazing time. The Intercontinental Thalasso is amazing and cannot say enough about that place. If people go to Bora Bora that is the best place to stay. I even talked to a guy on the plane who goes to Bora Bora all the time and has stayed at the Intercontinental, the St. Regis, and just stayed at the 4 Seaons and said the best out of all of them is the Thalasso!! amazing trip and time and thanks again so much Rose for all of your planning and advice! Moorea was great and so was the Sofitel. But nothing beats Bora Bora!!

Our trip was amazing! I don't think it could have been any better.
The airlines worked out ok. Didn't like getting in to Tahit at dark but at least we got there. Would have liked to see the area from the plane in the daylight. However we did get the opportunity to see Bora Bora and it was beautiful.
The Four Seasons Bora Bora was the greatest. I am so glad that is the one we chose. The people were very friendly and helpful. All was great!!! The safari adventure excursion was the best. I would recommend that to everyone!
It was a great vacation but as always we must come back to reality. Thinking where our next adventure will be.

Just got back from a trip to Tahoe. We did have a nice time at the Intercontinental Moorea. We enjoyed our last day the most with the over the water bungalow. The staff was great. We received an appetizer platter, and wine to celebrate our anniversary. It was very nice, as well as snacks/treats on a daily basis. Our first 4 days were spent in room 305. It was alright, but we were hoping to be closer to the water. I know that the bungalows are assigned based on availability,so it was the best one that they had at the time. We had seat assignments for our trip back in rows 28 on the 2 seated side. When we checked in the person at Air Tahiti Nui said that these rows did not exist, and assigned us two other seats. when we got on the plane, we looked, and they did exist. It kind of made us mad that she just did not tell us the truth. We were assigned an aisle and the seat next to it. It ended up alright, but we wish that we had seats on the side. I know that you do not represent the airline, so I hope that you don't think I am a whiner. All in all a very nice trip, and thanks for arranging everything. Had a lot of fun snorkeling, and have never seen so many beautiful different fish. They were not in huge abundance. Hope that that is not indicative of the declining state of the oceans. Thanks again for your assistance.

Our vacation in Moorea was everything that we hoped it would be. We loved the OWB at the Hilton Moorea and especially enjoyed snorkeling off our deck. The resort was just the right size and was not overrun with guests. We took the Lagoon Tour and ATV FunTour with AlbertTours. They were quality tours to ensure a very good experience and provided good value. Thanks for your help in planning a memorable vacation.

Since we have been back, we have worked daily. I am just now able to e-mail.
I have not even down loaded pics yet...
Every island and every hotel was perfect. We truly loved all the islands for
different reasons. Loved the privacy the Te Tiare offered. We meet the
owners of the resort, Rudy and Inga, who are from California, and one of the
nicest couples you will ever meet. They shared information about Huahine and
made recommendations for food and tours. Moorea is one of our
favorites...wish we would of had one more day there.... Rangiroa and the
"Novotel" which is now named "MaiTai Rangiroa Lagoon Resort" was great. They
were attentive to us and very helpful. (I was worried about this hotel and
was pleasantly surprised). Would recommended to others and would stay there
again. The food was great, even better than the more expensive resorts and
the bungalows were nice!
Manihi is gorgeous! The diving was awesome...the Atolls, Rangiroa and Manihi
had the best diving. I will have to try to get some of our best pics and
send a few your way! (No AC in Manihi...not too bad because of the wind- we
managed).
Overall, the trip was the best we have taken. I did not check my email
before leaving so we were surprised by the change in flights leaving Manihi,
but Manihi Pearl Resort was great about letting us know regarding the
departure the night before. (I didn't even notice the change in flights on
the 12th...thought that was just a delay!)
We did 2 tank dives on every island except Huahine. (We paid for the 2 tank
dive, Mahana Dive only took us out once--* CAN WE BE* *REFUNDED FOR THE DIVE
WE DID NOT TAKE* ??? I got copies of the voucher with the new price, if that
helps you...
The last day in Huahine, we were taken on the Jet Ski tour, just the two of
us. The guy who took us said he wanted to take us out because we had waited
for 2 days. That was FUN!!!
Leaving Manihi and arriving to Tahiti, Marama tours was not present once we
landed in Tahiti. I figured it was because of the time change with the
flights. We had no problems finding the storaged for lugguage. We stored our
bags and took the bus downtown. We spent the afternoon eating and walking
around the market and in shops. It was a nice end to the trip!
The ONLY disappointing thing (which is minor) was that the security in
Tahiti upon arrival made us throw away our flower lei before boarding the
plane for Huahine. We had been in Tahiti for 20 mins and literally wore the
lei for 10 mins and he took ours and the couple behind us and said we could
not have them on the flight. (The poor girl behind me looked really upset).
Leaving Rangiroa, they gave us our second flower lei and we were able to fly
with those..
The trip was truly unbelievable. We so did NOT want to come home. We look
forward to working with you again to plan another amazing trip. We will sing
your praises and recommend you to all of our friends.

When you had first suggested Tikehau I was a little apprehensible about staying there for that length of time but it turned out to be our favourite place of the entire trip! The only issue now is from me telling Shelley that this is a once in a lifetime trip to now wondering on when we can return.

Well we are back home again in Wisconsin after an amazing trip to the South Seas. I sure have to thank you for working with me to put together our “once in a lifetime trip”.
Our trip started out with Air Tahiti leaving an hour and a half late from LAX, which concerned me on catching the flight from Tahiti to Moorea, but no worries “Island Time”, the connecting flight was waiting for all of all of us on the plane from LA. I guess it was time for me to go into vacation mode.
The Moorea Pearl that you helped us pick out was great, the Garden Bungalow for 3 days was nice as we spent the first couple of days doing excursions and enjoyed the private pool when we would get back. We took the Stingray and Shark tour with lunch on the private motu. The stingrays almost seemed tame and I have pictures of them getting friendly with Christi. The sharks stayed a couple feet away but also left us in awe.
Then 3 days on the overwater bungalow was awesome, snorkeling right off the Bungalow was the best in the area. The rooms were everything we could ask for and more.
And then it was time to move on to Bora Bora. We just could not believe the beauty of the island and water, we were in paradise. First stop was the Sofitel Private Island before going to the main Sofitel. It was then we were told everyone today stays at the Private Island!! We had been upgraded!! Our overwater had a view of the main island, sunset and the beach that we did our 10 year anniversary renewal of vows on. Snorkeling everyday around the otherside of the island ended up as a great spot as it also seemed to be a stop for others by boat as it had a great reef. We took another stingray, shark and around the island by water excursion, the water was even more clear than Moorea.
I think we will be talking about this “once in a lifetime trip” for a lifetime.

Wow! What a vacation! I am so sorry our cell phones simply didn’t work in Tahiti – no service, no phones, no e-mail access. Al tried to return your call collect but was not successful so we apologize we were not able to get a hold of you. When we arrived in Moorea, the hotel let us know that she had contacted you to assure you all was well. That tsunami was a little scary but ended up being a non-event, thank goodness!
Leslie, we had an incredible trip and want to thank you for all that you did. The accommodations, the transfers, your concern and attempts to contact us were all appreciated. The unfortunate part of the trip was the loss of one suitcase for Lois on the ferry from Tahiti to Moorea. Al contacted the Marama Tour Company but the suitcase was not returned.

We had the GREATEST VACATION to Moorea. Couldn't have been any better.
We loved the Pearl Resort (great recommendation) and after exploring the other hotels while we were there, we were truly happy with the Pearl. And, I thought the deluxe beach bungalow that we had was the best room at the whole resort! It was perfect.
The excursions that you signed us up for were superb and we ended up making some friends and renting a car together to explore the island one day which was really fun too.
All in all, it was a once in a lifetime trip and we loved it.

The resorts were great. The Le Moana's location on Bora Bora was very good as we were able to walk on the road to nearby restaurants and a grocery store. No complaints at all. I met (i'm sorry, I forgot his name) the gentleman at Kia Ora. He mentioned your name. We actually enjoyed the food at Kia Ora on Rangiroa more than most places in Bora Bora (including Villa Mahana). The staff were also very friendly at the Kia Ora.
I'll reach out to you later this year when i start planning a trip to the Galapagos Islands and Peru.

For starters, thank you for setting this up. Everything went incredibly smoothly and we had zero problems. The Bora Bora Nui Resort was very, very accommodating. Specific things: we missed the boat to Vaitape one day and they scheduled a shuttle just for us. I left my laptop at the resort when we left to come home, and they shuttled it to me immediately. Xavier, who I think is a manager at the resort, was responsible for these things, and we'll be writing a letter to Hilton to thank him.
The resort itself was astoundingly beautiful. We had the chance to see, while passing by on a boat, 3-4 other resorts and the Bora Bora Nui seemed much nicer. The rooms appeared to be newly renovated, the grounds were spotless, and we essentially had everything we could ask for.
When we plan our next big trip, we'll definitely be going through you again.

We’re back and we had a great time. I have some comments about the trip, as follows: The Moorea Intercontinental was beautiful-and their food is excellent-but very, very expensive. Unfortunately, there really is no other place to go for diner except the rolletts, which we never got to because I really didn’t feel like going back to town at night. Moorea was lovely; they upgraded us to a private cabin with its own plunge pool in the backyard, so we never bothered going to the pool. They seemed to think it odd that we didn’t have vouchers for breakfast, but we found a great place down the road for breakfast and two good restaurants for dinner; one was Mahogany and the other was Alfredos or something like that (my mind is going). We did a boat trip there, so now I know how to shell coconuts.
Bora Bora was great too. The hotel was fine; we didn’t need an upgrade and were on the next to top level. The neighborhood is not the greatest, but we did go to Bloody Marys and a really spectacular French restaurant up the road towards town (the same name as a nearby hotel, starting with an M). as well as The Bounty (which was doing a tremendous trade that evening). We did the 4 x 4 there, which was not spectacular except that the 3 or 4 day canoe race ended that morning and we watched it from a nice high point-which was great. We also did a romantic twilight cruise, which was really for newlyweds, but what the hell, 41-1/2 years is newlyweddedness to us. Damian was the guy who does that ”Love Boat” cruise, taking a zillion photos and giving you a CD to look at when you get home, as well as champagne to drink. All in all, Tahiti was lovely and Louis-Jack felt great (no aches and pains) the entire time, even though the last day it poured all day. The Tahitians are lovely people; everyone we met was wonderful (just like in the United States or Europe!).
I did manage to buy some beautiful black pearls, but anything in a gold setting was way expensive. But I got a beautiful pearl at the pearl farm to attach to my regular pearls, a fabulous one with a gold setting to wear whenever from the shop right next to the Maitai; a beautiful silver ring with two different color pearls and a funky pair of silver earrings, both in town on Bora Bora. The prices were not better on Papeete and though the shops (and people) are really nice on Moorea, the prices were high there too.
Now to Easter Island Explora. What a fantastic place! Gourmet meals and all you can drink! They saved a lot of money on me, since I don’t (can’t drink alcohol and hate wine besides), but Louis-Jack enjoyed himself, even though he’s a pretty cheap date as well when it comes to drinking. They had us tramping through the island from virtually the moment we arrived; we walked about 12-15 miles in 3 days (unfortunately, that did not mean I lost any weight)-rain or shine and we had rain the first day (on and off) and the last day, we stayed in because it poured the entire day. What a wonderful staff, from top to bottom. I think 5 nights would have been enough, but we didn’t mind taking it easy the last couple of days (so I could shop in town). I don’t do uphill happily, so we didn’t go up to the highest hill and if it hadn’t been a rain out the last day, we could have done the all day tour on the north coast, but we don’t feel we missed anything. I will highly recommend it to my friends and relatives, but it is really expensive. I know there are cheaper ways of doing Rapa Nui, but I don’t think you could get as much out of it, if you didn’t do Explora. I’m grateful that the first trip didn’t go, because we would have missed out on a lot on Rapa Nui if we had done that trip.
The only transfer that wasn’t used, because no one showed up, was transferring us to the proper gate to get to Rapa Nui, but it wasn’t necessary. If we paid for that, could we get a refund? The phone worked well-except you had to go to town in Rapa Nui to get the network. Once we figured that out, we were fine.
So Michael, thank you very much for your help. I think the trip was a great success; Louis-Jack relaxed completely and didn’t worry about his law practice and happily clients paid their bills while we were away, so I have to go to the bank to make sure I have money to pay our vacation bills.

I can’t even begin to thank you enough, everything was A+++ all the way from the transfers to the superior service and of course the accommodations at the St. Regis were unbelievable! We can’t wait to go back, although, we’re thinking maybe Bali for our next trip (gotta keep mixing it up). What made the trip even more memorable, Vince Vaughn and the entire cast of Couples’ Retreat were staying at the St Regis where they apparently filmed much of the movie. The accommodation – WOW!!!! Each place had a slightly different feel, which was nice. In terms of straight accommodation, you can not beat the Four Seasons. The bungalows are out of this world. We hardly left them!
We definitely want to go back to that part of the world again – perhaps Cook Islands or somewhere else. So definitely keep in touch.

Dear TW, Since returning, my computer has been to the shop and although I knew you had written, I was unable to respond sooner. I just want to let you know that our trip was truly spectacular in many ways! Our accommodations were beyond expectations! We loved our bungalow with a private pool in Moorea, and were so happy to be able to snorkle close by. In fact, we were enjoying ourselves so much that we were lamenting having to leave at all! Then when we got to Bora Bora we could hardly believe our good fortune to be staying in our own ocean bungalow! The bungalow was located at the end of the pier-the most private bungalow offered-and to have chilled wine greeting us after our arrival was like the icing on the cake! We also loved that we didn't have to leave the day of our return to the states until late in the day. In fact, all of our transfers worked out wonderfully without a hitch.
We really enjoyed the excursions that we took on both islands. We felt as though we really got to experience what island life was all about. In addition to what we booked through your services, we also rented a car in Moorea and scuba dived in Moorea and Bora Bora several times. It was a wonderful experience for both of us, and one we won't soon forget.

OK Sharon, Where to start. The trip was amazing!!!
The Hotel was Wonderful! Everything thing went great. The French language on the island posed a few problems, but we managed to figure it out.
The Hotel was amazing if you are looking to not be bothered, or hassled. We came and went as we felt like and did nothing other than relax most of the trip. Our "Villa", which they upgraded us to a 3 Bedroom when we arrived, was perfect. We loved having the kitchen in the room. We made all of our breakfasts and many of our lunches. It was a huge bonus! Only problem we had was with some of the native wildlife... The First night we found 6 lizards in our bed. And when we thought we had them all cleared out, we found another inside Morgan's Pillow case! So it makes for good stories. Also, you better not mind walk if you stay at the hotel. You have to get back and forth from the reception on your own, which included some BIG HILLS!!
Food on the island was great. The hotel restaurant "La Villa des Sens" was amazing! Ate their twice and it was great! Not to mention the short golf cart ride back to the hotel is a perk. Lots of great restaurants that come and pick you up from the hotel for free. It was great.
If anyone ever is looking for an ATV Tour of the island of Moorea, I HIGHLY recommend Damion's ATV Tours. He is NOT the big large advertised one on the island but he was much cheaper, had MUCH better ATV's, and gave a much better, longer tour. I would recommend doing this to anyone who goes. He was great and spoke perfect English. (Went to College at University of Arizona). Wonderful Day!
We took full advantage of the many of the hotel amenities.. The free transfer to their Motu was awesome. We laid on the beach and enjoyed the quiet beautiful water. Snorkels from the front desk worked just fine while we were out there. Rented bicycles from the front desk also which was a great way to get down to the local shops. Much easier than in a car! And THEIR POOL!!!!!!! So much cooler than the photos and describe. It was great.

Thanks for your help with an amazing trip. Still trying to get back on track from the travel back home but it was well worth it. We had absolutely no issues during travel or with accommodations. We could not have made this trip a success without you!! From the moment we landed in Tahiti, what an incredible journey. We fell in love with the island of Moorea. Raymond, our driver in Moorea, was a great resource. He was so friendly and made several great recommendations. We did swim with the dolphins. We took a land safari tour with Albert's tours and their Moana Lagoon tour as well. Incredible views and knowledge and friendly guides. Our lagoon tour guide was quite the character and made the day so much fun. The Hilton was beautiful all the way around, from the bungalows, views to the grounds. The over the water bar with the coral nursery was amazing. The staff was exceptional everywhere.
The weather in Bora Bora wasn't so accommodating to us. It was raining when we landed and remained cloudy, windy and overcast until our day of departure. We did take a land tour there as well and the sun peaked out for a few hours for that. It was just as amazing as on Moorea. Views of the lagoon from the mountains, beautiful. The Bora Bora Lagoon and Spa was a beautiful hotel with the flowers, fish ponds etc. Our bungalow was beautiful as well. The staff here was just as exceptional. Breakfast and lunch menus were good here but dinner selections were not good. We, as many hotel guests, found it better to take the shuttle to the village to eat dinner and it was an adventure to explore the village with the dogs. Dinner at Bloody Mary's was a lot of fun.
We decided we needed to find a way to make a living somehow so we didn't have to leave but it didn't work out so we are back. Thanks again for an incredible trip with many memories.

The trip was fantastic. I've been trying to think of some possible
improvements to the process, but I can't. We're just super happy with the
way everything turned out.
Travel to and among the islands was a breeze, we were expected everywhere we
went and never had any transportation issues.
The Moorea Pearl was great and the 1/2 board plan was definitely worth it.
We got our free champagne and a pearl, although I had to buy a matching set
of earrings. But that's not your fault :)
The Bora Bora Nui was the most amazing place either of us had ever been and
we've been everywhere. It felt like we were there alone. We never wanted for
anything. It was perfect. And the OWB was exactly as we had imagined except
nicer on the inside. I can't recommend that property enough and I am pretty
discriminating. They brought our canoe breakfast a day early so they didn't
charge us for it and brought us the one we ordered the next day. That was
great.
The Manava on Tahiti is a work in progress. Of course, we have no complaints
about the free room or the circumstances. Just be aware that it looks like
it is going to be pretty nice, but it's not quite there yet. They do not
have a liquor license yet, so no alcohol. But the management and the staff
were great. The pool area is going to be fantastic. Only issue was that the
rooms by the street, where we were, are very noisy due to traffic. No big
deal.
Lidia, you did a great job for us and we really appreciate it. It was
definitely worth the wait. We had the best imaginable honeymoon. I will be
sure to recommend you to anyone I know looking to head to the Societies.

I'm so sorry for not responding sooner. I really appreciated the follow up! Everything went extremely well. The place is so beautiful! We left kicking and screaming, nearly dragged to the boat. Absolutely no complaints about anything. we were extremely pleased with what you were able to provide given our requirements and travel needs. We are already thinking about the next "luxury" vacation that we can look into with you before the children come into the picture.
I have more detailed feedback and pictures to share, but I have just been so busy I hadn't composed the thank you letter and email! I actually took more pictures of the rooms, and the resort, for you to share with other clients who would like to see too.
One thing I would suggest is that you remind clients to bring a converter (not adapter) when they travel. Some hotel rooms had one, and one hotel offered to let us borrow one, so we were OK but if you're stuck somewhere where you may need it for your camera or something, it was pretty helpful to have.
I'll send a more detailed email with pictures and a few notes of what we really liked this evening! Sorry again for not responding sooner, time has just completely flown by :o( Back to reality!

I have officially recovered from jet lag and wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed the Moorea Pearl. They upgraded us to a deluxe over the water bungalow which was a real treat. Very nice resort and very nice staff. Everything is very slow there now and the resort was quiet and the restaurants were empty. All of your arrangements went without a hitch. I wish I could say the sailing trip we planned ourselves was as comfortable as the Meridian and Pearl but it was interesting and we saw beautiful spots. Thank you so much. The Sheraton Moorea was very nice. I was happy with the room. There are a couple restaurants nearby that will pick you up. I went on a Lagoon Tour which offered snorkeling with sharks and rays and as well as a moto picnic. I really enjoyed it. The Moorea island in general is very expensive.

(By the way, we had the most fantastic meal at a restaurant in Moorea - I think it was called Honu Iti? - it was truly incredible if anyone asks for a recommendation! - We thoroughly enjoyed Bloody Mary's too though).

O.K., we had a fabulous time in Moorea. We loved the Pearl and the staff. Our rooms were fabulous. Loved the overwater, but the bungalow w/ the pool was a great surprise. We really liked the resort, we think even over the Int'l & Sheraton, because it was on the prettier side of the island. Loved the island, the excursions, the food, even the people were pretty friendly and helpful. Everything went real smooth, transfers ect. We now have new expectations for traveling, this trip will be hard to top. Thanks for all your help.

Wow....it was everything I had dreamed it would be!
The Pearl Moorea was wonderful, the Bora Bora Lagoon was fabulous! I thought the photo us us together showed just how much fun we were having! The other photo is me lounging on the deck of the bungalow with the most incredible view of Mt. Otemanu! I had tied my new pareo to the railing so Blair would know which bungalow was ours when he would return from snorkeling! We spent a lot of time on that deck! I will never forget it.............
It was so fun being around so many young honeymooners! About 90% of all the people we met! They graciously hung out with us "old folks" and I think most were inspired to see that a married couple can make it 25 years and still have a zest for each other and for traveling!
My husband loved all the sea life....I loved the over water bungalow !

WHAT A TRIP!!!! It truly was a perfect paradise! We loved every place we stayed.
The IC Tahiti upgraded us to room #319 on the corner, which gave us a view of both the lagoon and the ocean that was incredible. We wish we had stayed there another night but by getting up early, we felt like we had a whole day there to enjoy the resort before we flew to Moorea. The accommodations were very nice and very clean and we loved the fresh flowers in the room.
We were so glad you changed us from the IC Moorea to the Moorea Pearl. It was a small resort but very nice. We didn't get upgraded here but wanted our Premium Beach bungalow anyway (we were in #305). We liked being so close to the beach. The huge bonus of the Pearl was the reef wall just past the OWB'S. It was incredible snorkeling there with colorful coral and fish and it was so convenient...GREAT CALL BY YOU!!!! We only wish we had at least one more day there.
What can I say about the IC Thalasso??? From the moment we landed in Bora Bora, we felt like we were in a dream!! The water color of the lagoon is indescribable and everything about the IC Resort was perfect!! We were treated like a King and Queen and were upgraded automatically to a Sapphire OWB with a magnificent view (#226). I had researched everything thoroughly, including seeing pictures of most resorts there and I was still amazed and thrilled when the pictures didn't begin to do the room justice when we walked in!! We were so glad we had 5 nights there. We did an excursion every day and still had time to enjoy the resort.
We have done a lot of traveling and have to admit the Tahitian Islands have been our favorite. We hope to go back someday. It was EVERYTHING we had hoped for and MORE!!

You planned the perfect Tahitian honeymoon for us! Not a single detail was left out! We enjoyed our stay in the overwater bungalow at the Sofitel in Bora Bora. It was amazing to see the tropical fish just below our feet. The underwater safari excursion was better than you described! We also loved the private helicopter transfer from Bora Bora to Taha’a. The views were breathtaking. Our stay at Le Taha’a Private Island Resort & Spa was like nothing we have ever experienced!

We received your phone call and your e-mail. I am so sorry that I have not gotten back to you earlier. Just after we got home from our trip we got a puppy and she has been keeping us very busy when we are home from work.
We had a great trip. We kept ourselves busy and loved the beautiful blue water. Our dive trip, 4x4 trip, and the dinner at Bloody Mary's that you arranged were great. We also really enjoyed the Bora Bora Pearl Resort. Te Tiare had really nice, large bungalows and the people there were really nice, but the resort seemed to be in a bit of disrepair for a "luxury resort." However, we still really enjoyed the archaeological sites and the scuba diving/snorkeling on Huahine.

Our trip to Moorea was amazing. I really don't think words or pictures do it justice, it is the most beautiful and peaceful place either of us has ever seen. We can't thank you enough for all the work you did taking the hassle out of planning a trip like this. Having all the transfers prearranged made it a breeze getting to the hotel from the Airport. Everyone was vey nice and helpful in making sure we arrived where we were supposed to be on time. The Sofitel Moorea was beautiful, I am so glad that we followed your suggestion and stayed there. The rooms were awesome and the water was like snorkeling in a fish tank. The staff were very helpful with setting up all the excursions that we wanted to do. I would definitely recommend both you and Travel Wizard to anyone planning a trip. In fact we already have, to a couple that is very interested in planning a trip to Tahiti. Thank you again for all your hard work and help. We look forward to using yourself and Travel Wizard again.
The only bad thing about the trip, and I use bad loosely. Is that we got to the Sofitel so early our room was not ready and we had to wait awhile to check in. We lounged around at the pool and the beach. But I wish we could have got in our room a little sooner. Once again I use bad loosely, I would not have changed getting there early, we really appreciated you getting us on the overnight flight. This got us almost a whole extra day on the island.
Thank you again for all your help. We look forward to working with you again in the future and sending business your way. It was a trip of a lifetime and I don't think we could have done it without you.
