AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Donna!
It was pure bliss! There was absolutely NOTHING that could have been improved. Yes, its true that you will read some reports on Trip Advisors or other sites about construction, but you had us on the other side of the resort and never heard any of it. We were able to get the massages you mentioned ("Zen massage" where they incorporated Pilates and Yoga stretching with deep tissue massage...unbelievable!). Our suite was actually a stand alone pavilion, with sliding glass doors on 3 sides, and the bathroom, closet, mini-bar changing area behind a wall behind the bed. Everything, candy, soda,beer, Perrier, chocolate, nuts, macaroons) except hard liquor was free, as were all local calls and calls to the US. The food was to die for, and when I kept ordering the same thing every day for lunch (cold cucumber soup, the chef offered to give me the recipe (which I took, but have yet to find...I'm still in that "state of bliss").
We made very good use of all the beach equipment, sailed every day on a Hobie cat, sea kayaked and snorkeled (I brought my own dive equip, but they have plenty of very high end equip for guests to use). There are no life guards, per se, but I guess you'd call them beach attendants (who were very adept at swimming, so I wouldn't worry if there was a beach emergency) kept us cool with water, cold towels, regular towels, and doing such mundane things as moving chairs to get in or out of the sun. One of them saw that I was collecting shells, and went to get me a bucket for storage! When I went in the water, he kept looking for shells for me! Just incredible, over the top, friendly guest service. The kind of service where your needs are anticipated, you don't need to ask for something, they've thought of it before you have...
We found out at the last minute that we had friends staying at Grace Bay Club at the same time, and invited them to our place for dinner. Our resort arranged a car for their pick up. We asked if room service could provide some appetizers for us to have in the room before dinner. No problem. The chef gave us a menu, but then made additional suggestions for appetizers that were not on the menu, which we chose.
Everything was delivered and set it up on a recessed table (to make it seem like you are sitting on the floor) on the beach side patio outside of our room, just as the sun was dipping into the horizon. We had been forewarned that there were little "no see 'ems" (those tiny mosquitoes that come out at sunset) and brought bug spray, but the hotel provided something that smelled much nicer and did the trick as well. When we were done, we call for a ride (very nice golf carts some of which sat 6 people) to dinner. Zip.. we were there. Any time we called for a ride (which I must admit wasn't too often, since we enjoyed the walk), it arrived within 2 or 3 minutes NO EXAGGERATION!!! When we got back to our room, all the serving dishes, plates utensils, glasses, table cloths, etc, had been cleaned away.
As an added attraction, which I'm not sure if you planned or not, there were only 9 guests, including us when we arrived; Eve Longoria and her new husband were checking out, and a group of models, agents, and catalog photographers from Victoria's Secret checked in to use the resort as a backdrop for next year's bathing suit collection. And, yes I did get pictures; my husband was pleasantly surprised!
I can't thank you enough! It was more therapy than a vacation. There was no formal dress code, very quiet, very secluded and impeccable in every way. This would not be the place to go if you wanted a lot of shopping, lots of choices of clubs to go to at night, or be on a busy beach. Of course, the concierge will arrange any of those things for you if you want (off property), but we were content to just stay where we were. The ultimate question is, would we go back? ABSOLUTELY. Would we recommended it to our friends? ABSOLUTELY. Is it expensive? ABSOLUTELY, but you don't get the feeling like you are being "nickel and dimed", so to speak (like with the free mini bar and phone calls to the US), and the service was the best I have ever experienced.
I have emailed your name to many of my friends again (since you helped with our previous "over the top" trip to Hawaii), and I hope they get a chance to experience what value a great travel agent can provide! You truly gave us one of the most comforting, therapeutic, and luxurious experiences imaginable. Thank You doesn't convey how much we appreciate what you were able to provide, especially on such short notice.

We are back and the arrangements you put together for Europe was great. Your reservations were seamless from the time we left until we returned last night.
All of the hotels were wonderful. We enjoyed the hotel in Salzburg the best -our room had a balcony that overlooked the river. Our visit to Dachau outside of Munich and the Sound of Music tour in Salzberg were the most memorable experiences for different reasons. Innsbruck was by far the prettiest city I have ever seen.
Our only other experience with European travel was a Mediterranean cruise so we were a little intimidated. However, your arrangements made it easy to navigate. Thanks again for all your help; deciding on where to go next. We'll talk soon.

Thanks you so very much for the Japan tour coordination. Everything exceeded my expectations! The guided tours were educational. During that week, Japan was hit with a typhoon, earth-quake, and tsunami warnings. There were no tour interruptions, and everything went as planned and on schedule. Japanese people are very calm when it comes to seasonal occurrences - "it's nature taking its course". Japan is a exceptional place to visit. The natives as very courteous, and the hospitality is superb. I truly experienced a taste of Japan, and would love to visit there again. We covered more than enough in a eight day period of time.
In addition, we were well-pleased with the hotel accommodations and locations. Even with the language barrier, the daily itinerary was well organized and easy to follow. I will definitely recommend your travel agency to others, and will use you again in future travels.

Man, what an awesome trip it was! Thank you for all your hard work!!! We could really tell that you put a lot into making it as perfect as possible for us, and it was all very appreciated.
Let's see, our favorite restaurant i think was in Sorrento, Zi-Antanio Mare (i think that's right) We actually went there 2 nights in a row! They offer cab service from and to the restaurant, included in the fee of the dinner.... which really wasn't much at all! They also offered free "taste-testing" during the evening, pizza was one night, the Lemoncello (forgive the spelling) was after dinner... it seems like there was another, but my mind is still sleeping!
Our favorite hotel was in Florence, you choose the BEST for us. The location was perfect, the room was huge and elegant and we received complimentary shirts and slippers. The shirts are so soft and comfy too....... It just really made the stay there awesome to have that special treatment.
Or favorite city..... hard to choose between Venice and Sorrento. They were both so pretty, people were so nice and the local handicrafts/souvenirs were plentiful. And they were really easy to walk around in.
Our "night life" consisted of eating dinner! LOL Seems they take up to 3 hours to eat dinner. Which was fun in Venice, but by the time we got to Sorrento... we just wanted to walk dinner off! LOL The food was fantastic throughout our visit.
Our favorite activity was the walking and people watching. It was interesting to see the different people, styles and customs.
The historic city tour was really good, got to see the ancient ruins, and major sights with a very good English speaking guide. : ) Thanks for setting that up for us!
Florence, our first impression was that it was dirty, but i did get a beautiful diamond ring there, so i can't complain too much! LOL In Sorrento they upgraded us to a room with a balcony so we had a view overlooking the water---beautiful!
All in all the trip was awesome. We hope to return someday. But there's other stuff that has to come first. Like a new kitchen LOL
The trip length was perfect, we weren't dying to get home, and weren't so ready to leave. Time to get back to reality though and start paying the bills!

It has been so busy ever since we got back, I haven't had time to do much else but catch up with the TV project. But first and foremost, i wanted to say THANK YOU! for the bottle of Tattinger's waiting for us at the Ritz when we arrived back in New York after our long flight from London. It was the best refreshment I have ever had! And so thoughtful of you as always. There was a beautiful note from the management and a specally printed c that said "Happy Anniversary Steve and Michael" -- we got a kick out of that and decided yes, from now to celebrate our anniversary on June 4, to mark this splendid occasion.
The staff at the Ritz was impeccable -- they welcomed us by name as soon as we walked in, and couldn't do enough to make sure we were comfortable. I loved staying at the Ritz Carlton in Boston when I was a kid and have always wanted to stay at the NYC Central Park Ritz and our experience there reminded me so much of the graciousness of the Boston Ritz from so many years ago. Probably one of the lovliest places to stay from the standpoint of comfort and connvenience. They just take pains to make you feel at home and special.
ven though their dining room is still closed for renovations, we had an incredible late supper and breakfast in their beautiful cocktail lounge that were perfectly prffparee and served. As I was still 'coming down' from my addiction to uropean Cafe au lait, Ias hesitant to order it here in NYC -- but I did anyway and they made it perfectly. What a sweet surprise. Next time, I think we do something like this coming back from a long flight, I will remember to add on an extra day so that we can rest bit more and also enjoy the spa at the hotel as one more way to re-acclimate to the rigors of real life!
Back in Paris: the Lafayette tour guide and driver you arranged for us were incredible -- every bit as knowledgeable (brilliant, actually), helpful, friendly and accommodattng as the arrangements in enice and Rome. To me, tour guides and private arrangements of this calibre truly turn these trips into extraodinary experiences -- they completely eliminate the hassle of trying to do these things on one's own, make superb use of time and add an immense element of quality to the experience overall. We always end up becoming good friends with our tour guides. Our guide in Paris was Valerie (cannot recall her last name and she was out of cards) -- she was delightful in every way. These guides and cars are worth every centime they charge. Thank you so much for making these arrangments for us.
Our next project that will take us around the globe is a TV project that Michael and I are developing on our own -- an eight-part series that travels to California, Mexico, the Carribbean, Virginia, NYC, Boston, Europe, Hong Kong and Shanghai. If you have a few minutes sometime, I would enjoy explaining a bit more about it with you. Until then, I hope you are having a great weekend -- what's left of it. The weather here this weekend is superb, so I need to get back outside and mix up few more mrgaritas!

What a wonderful stay! You made it so easy and everything worked out so well. It was the first time we booked via the internet but loved the personal touches you did with phone calls, emails and answering every question we had!
Santorini was beautiful, the hotel was fabulous. We really enjoyed our suite, they put rose petals on the bed in a shape of a heart. Every evening with turndown we got chocolates and bottled water. We really liked that. They also had a computer set up, which is how we were able to contact you. We took their van into Fira and to the beach. On the last day, we rented a 4-wheeler and tooled around the island. We loved the hotel and would definitely stay there again. You matched us up perfectly!
I found my most FAVORITE restaurant of the entire trip in Elounda as we were walking through. I can't remember the name of it, but the food was delicious and the view fabulous.
In Crete we liked the one day tour to the ruins in Heraklion. Very interesting and informative.
We really liked Athens a lot. The hotel you picked for us was so nice, in a GREAT spot, and convenient to everything. We got lost for about 2 hours in the Plaka. There were many more streets than the map let on! We learned our way around and did well for the remainder of our stay.
The tours you booked for us were fantastic! We liked the Athens day tour and visiting the Acropolis was a highlight. It meant so much more, seeing it with the guide; so they could explain the history and the culture of what was going on at the time. The Cape Sounion tour was a beautiful drive along the coast, thanks for your suggestions. Our tourguide also wrote a book on Greek Mythology, which we purchased and had her sign.
Overall we had a WONDERFUL trip!! Your quick and assuring responses while we were there was great. We enjoyed ourselves so much and thinking of where our next adventure will bring us. Will definitely call you when we decide!

We had a FABULOUS time in Tahiti and Moorea. Accommodations were fabulous. We did add one tour each in Tahiti and Moorea. The Moorea Lagoon trip was fabulous. We swam with Mantarays and Sharks! Snorkeling and Kayaking were
fabulous! The beach hut with private pool was actually better than the above water huts, in our opinion. We had complete privacy. In the over the water huts, you are visible to everyone all the time. You certainly did a great job for us.
We completely relaxed and even got to read a book! Love to read, but rarely get the time to do so. I didn't even take a watch with me on the trip. Another good idea! Many Thanks for your help and thoroughness. We'll think of you, next time we

I've been meaning to email you but I just started back at work and have been dealing with that! Anyway, the honeymoon was amazing! You did such a great job in picking out the activities, the hotels were fabulous, and the weather matched with sunny days the whole time!
We got to the Moorea Pearl by 700am and they were incredibly nice. They upgraded us to the overwater bungalow for free and then had us checked into the room by 830 that morning! The champagne was there by 10am! The lagoon excursion was perfect- we both loved it -and we did lots of fun trips around Moorea.
Bora Bora Pearl Resort was absolutely astonishing. I was so glad you put us there second; we never wanted to leave! The view from our bungalow was amazing and the water was always crystal blue. The jeep tour on Bora Bora was great as well; the guide was awesome and we saw the best views and ate pineapple and bananas that he picked and cut up for us. It was perfect to do it in the morning, too.
Again, I cannot tell you how great of a job you did. I loved the land on Moorea, and the water and views on Bora Bora. The food was all excellent (including Bloody Mary's where I got to talk to the manager in detail about my favorite types of fish) wherever we went and the people were always over the top in kindness.
Anyway, thanks again. I hope we will some day get to go back! I've already told my parents this, but any other friends and family interested in Tahiti I will definitely recommend you.

Hi Patty, Just got to the e-mail today. It was a wonderful experience. We can't wait to go back. We have already started a vacation club for our next Hawaii trip. I will try to upload the video to the computer and send it to you. My brother, who isn't a good videographer, had control of the camera for some part of the ceremony. We were lucky enough to have a driver who brought us
to Magic island take over. Some of it is lost in the transfer, but a lot of it is there. My brother made some audio comments, and I hope you will not be offended by one in particular. He did not know it had audio capabilities. It is more of a sitcom in the beginning, so you will get a little laugh out of it. The sound isn't that great because it was quite windy where we were.

using you again when we return. I think the only downside to it all was the long flight. Going out wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, but coming home was a terrible flight. More turbulence then clear air, and no sleep at all for me. Beth managed to get a couple of hours. But that is the only complaint. I hope we can keep in touch, and when I get prints of the renewal, I will see if I can get my scanner working and send them to you.

We had an AMAZING time. The resort was impeccable and the weather was fantastic. There was so much for all ages to do at the resort that we ended up doing only one excursion - the horseback riding. That was fun, but the "jungle" is no longer much of a jungle since the hurricane. They did get to ride the horses in the ocean and everyone said that was great (I opted not to, and videotaped the others from shore). I would go back in a heartbeat. The only complaint is that it went by too fast. I will definitely recommend you to all my friends, and you will most likely be hearing from me in the future as well. Can't thank you enough for all you help.

We just got home at 4 this morning and are exhausted, but truly satisfied. The hotel was great, we went fishing, jet skiing, zip lining, canopy touring, and despite one of my kids picking up a bacteria, the trip was a great success. The Marriott was extremely efficient and comfortable and aimed to please, the beach was disappointing, but we found Punta Leona, which was delicious, and obviously enjoyed the Marriott pool, which was a gas. Found some good restaurants, George enjoyed the surfing at Jaco Beach, and again, everybody was very anxious to help us find our way. Thanks soooo much, Richard; it was just what we all needed, and we appreciate you putting the whole shebang together for us.

Even though it was Spring break, it wasn't crowded and we had a great time. The Big Island of Hawaii continues to be our favorite and the sun, sand, beach, snorkeling, fishing.....all were fabulous!

Sorry for the lengthy delay in responding. I've been swamped at work since our return. Thanks for checking in on us. The trip was fantastic! We loved Namale. We had a couple of days of rain, but there was lots to do in spite of it. The best thing was the people. Everyone was so nice and all of the staff knew us by first name. A very unique experience. The spa was fantastic, the food was great and we always had something to do. Tony Robbins was there and he and Tom Selleck had breakfast at the table right next to us! That was neat.
Tokoriki turned out to be a nice complement. The beach was fantastic. We did some great snorkeling and kayaking there. The only weird thing was that half the guests were from Italy and some had there kids with them. It was fine, but we were curious why so many Italians chose that particular resort. Visiting Castaway Island was cool too. The bures at both resorts exceeded our expectations.
We only had a few mishaps. When we arrived in Nadi and were awaiting our connection, we had a torrential downpour that delayed us for 2 1/2 hours. Maree, the rep from Namale kept us company and was great about showing us where to go and what to do upon our arrival. It worked out ok and we actually flew in on a tiny plane with Mark & Danielle, the managers at Namale. The second thing was a terrible storm on the day of our departure from Tokoriki. We had 6 foot waves the whole boatride back to Nadi, but we were prepared with Bonine so we made it through. . Obviously, no one can control the weather, but we were surprised with it being the dry season and all.

Kioro was a great place to stay. The rooms were nicely done and the view to
die for. I do want to tell you that the food was not that good there. The
breakfasts were good, but we had dinner our first night and the food was
expensive and way, way overdone. Just letting you know for your information.
We had dinner in town the other evenings.
The Punta Islita Hotel was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. A
toss up between The Hotel Bora Bora.The service unmatched. The food was outstanding.
The wine list great! We have never spent so much time at our room. We really enjoyed the pool in our
backyard. You did a great job making our 25th wedding anniversary trip a
trip we will always remember.
We ended up extending our trip to Belize. Jeanine at Way to Go helped us
with that. We stayed at Journey's End. The accomodations were ok. I think
that they need to do some updating if they are considered a 4 star. The
grounds needed some attention and the pool area too. Especially if there
competition is Captain Morgan's.
We found a great place there to eat; Capricorn's. If you have clients that
want a small (3 bungalows) place to stay, I would suggest it. IT has a great
bar and the food is fabulous!

We had a great trip. I am in love with London. What a terrific and vibrant city. So much to do and so little time. The weather was perfect for this time of year. In the 50's and sunny every day. Did all the tourist things. Viewed and toured all the main sights from Big Ben, Parliament, St. Pauls Cathedral, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Fountain, Tower of London, Globe Theatre, Hampton Court Palace, Harrod's, The V&A Museum, Buckingham Palace etc;. Rode the "Tube" everywhere.
We attended the Evensong service at Westminster Abbey and had the privilege to sit in the seats normally reserved for the dignitaries and choir only. We sat right next to the choir. They sounded beautiful.
Saw a play (The Entertainer) at the Old Vic Theatre. It was Fantastic. What great acting!
Robert Lindsay played the lead role of Archie Rice that was originally played 50 years ago by Sir Laurence Olivier.
We had six row center seats that we got half price at Leicester Square TKTS. Unbelievable!!!
The hotel and all arrangements were excellent. Thank You!
Oh yes, we did have dinner at a terrific little restaurant called the Masala Zone (right up your alley taste wise) right around the corner from the hotel.
Now on our next trip to England I have to visit my cousins who live just outside of Manchester, in Leicester, and Nottingham.

We are still in Seattle, but waiting for a ride home, so thought I'd sit
down and let you know what we did. The trip started out on the day the
earthquake happened Taiwan, which shut down all the computers in the
PHilippines, but we managed to get to Hanoi anyway, long enough to sleep at
the hotel for 3 hours! Then we headed on the Hue, which is one of our
favorite places. The hotel we had there was, by the way, beautiful....Saigon
is the same as ever. Our time in Cambodia was a very memorable one. The
hotel upgrade was undoubtably the best hotel I will ever stay in my whole
life, and the spa was fabulous. The tour guide was a local person, whose
uncle was on the early conservation team in Cambodia. He grew up playing in
Angkor Wat, so his stories had a "real" quality that made him probably one
of the best tour guides you could get. Laos was a surprise. Again, the tour
guide adapted to the fact that we have a lot of experience in Asia, and he
tookus to some Hmong festivals and markets where white faces are a real
surprise. Needless to say, we began to have a high respect for the quality
of the Indochina Services guides. Myanmar was my real focus on this little
overview, and again the g uides came through. In Rangoon, I spoke to the
guide about our interest in the Andaman Sea, and upon our return he met us
and took us to a tour guide that has some connections to try and open that
up.
All in all, the trip was as smooth as silk, and always above our
expectations. Corrina, I have been a travel agent, I know what it takes, and
you did a fabulous job. We also want to say that Indo China Services must
have heard we were coming. They provided excellent tour guides. We knew
going in that this was a rush trip, and we thought maybe we were pushing the
envelope. We never wasted a moment, and neither did they. Thanks so much.

Congratulations on making our trip to Costa Rica just about perfect. You really did a bang up job and we were VERY pleased with the relaxation and level of service at Playa Conchal. We had not stayed at an all inclusive resort before and it was quite refreshing. There was plenty to do (my husband went horseback riding and I went scuba diving) or do nothing at all in luxurious surroundings.
Most impressive was the fact that every shuttle to take us anywhere showed up on time and even early. I find this amazing in a Latin country!! And, we did not have to share them with a bunch of yakking other people but were alone each time. This was probably luck but sure was nice.
The room at the volcano was fantastic in that the view of it was right there framed in your floor to ceiling window. Though it was cloudy most of the time we did see some spits of lava on New Year's Eve. Best was the raft trip where we saw the croccodile basking on the bank and the exhilarating zip line ride down the cables strapped into the harness 1000 ft above the rain forest. Suspect my husband is one of the few 70 year olds who has done that!
Anyway, we were most impressed with your work (did have to change the seats on the plane coming back- we were in the very last row! Horrors.) and particularly at the last minute. We are interested in travel to China and Africa and will certainly be callling you again. Thanks for making our trip so pleasant.

Train to Rome was easy thanks to your explanation. Grand Flora a great location- walked everywhere. Had good local restaurants, nice stops many relaxing piazzas just like you mentioned. The tour you set up were fantastic, Rome city tour for the first day was perfect, saw it all and went back to where we liked. Vatican tour that you set up was wonderful and well worth it. Had plenty of time so took a day trip to Tivoli by train and the Borghese museum like you suggested.
The tours were excellent and very convenient. I've never done that before but liked the way everything was handled -Thank You for that recommendation; it really made the trip.

Thanks to you we had a most wonderful honeymoon in Kaua'i. Everything went well and was arranged as promised. The Grand Hyatt was a perfectly romantic setting. Immediately upon check in, Sadie at Reception upgraded us from the Mountain View room you'd reserved to a ground floor Oceanfront room in a secluded wing of the hotel. It was a nice touch since we'd thought we could
only be upgraded one tier (to Garden View) which was part of the reason we had insisted on keeping the Mountain View reservation. We both enjoy the view of the misty mountains, but it's hard to resist the ocean. We could hear the lull of the waves crashing all night long and step out onto the sand to watch the sunrise every morning. Our room was also next to the lawn where they do the luau so
we saw all the action from backstage, which was fun. The hotel grounds are a breathtaking paradise, the restaurants are fabulous, and the spa is a luxurious treat - we went twice! (We managed to see most of the island as well in our Jeep rental, don't worry!) We had a great time. A few wrinkles but that was to be expected. I don't know if we discussed that the stateroom upgrade from ours came with a "personal butler" and concierge service. We were discussing while on the trip if that would have been worth the upgrade price. What we found discussing with other travelers was the higher the room upgrade the better the service. For instance, you could dine in the specialty restaurants for all three meals if you were in a mini suite or higher. The service is considerably better in the specialty restaurants. Overall, I think the ship was understaffed. We filled out our report cards though so maybe with enough feedback they will tweak it.
Carson, you did a great job for us getting everything together. We will definitely use your services in the future.

Ugh - back to reality and work!! Vacation was fabulous! The Iberostar was gorgeous. We were on the Quetzal side - (we found no
discernable difference between the 2 sides) and the Junior Suite on the ocean was wonderful. For the money spent - this is a wonderful vacation. We got to eat at all five of the restaurants (the Japanese and Steak restaurants were the best).3 with reservations, 2 on the waiting list. The 2 reps at the Olympus desk were extremely pleasant and helpful. We did a day tour of Tulum and Xel Ha, the Mayan Adventure and Dolphin swim with Delphinus (Joel - Olympus Rep suggestion, and it was great. More
time spent actually swimming with the Dolphins versus the other places). The Mayan Adventure was really neat - but I can see how small kids would be tricky, as the first part of the trip is a 1 mile swim. My kids were tired!
Tulum was beautiful and wonderful to see - but man was it hot! Xel Ha in 1/2 day was not quite enough time - I could see how a full day there would have been better, as there is a lot of exploring you could do. Its a very beautiful place and we sort of had to hurry through it. We did not go to Xcaret. Joel described Xel Ha as a natural site, where-as Xcaret is a man made (although wonderful) spot. I am glad we went with Xel Ha. And am also glad we did not book any other activities during our 8 days, because it is so wonderful just to hang out at the resort, either beach or pool side. The kids had loads of fun - but did not ever participate in
the kids club. Most of their activity revolved around getting Pina Colada smoothies and ice cream cones from the pool bar :)

The trip was absolutely awesome!! I really and truly did not want to come home.
We were able to eat at two of the local restaurants, the Hofbrahaus in Munich (WHAT an experience!!) and the Bishofhaus in Regensburg. The food was amazing at both restaurants. I could've stayed in Munich and Vienna a couple of more days.
The river cruise was great. My only regret was that we didn't splurge for the Suite, the rooms were pretty small so what time we did spend in our cabin we tripped over one another. The crew on the Amadeus Royale were amazing. I liked the small ship, it was easier to meet people and visit.
My favorite city was Dirnstein. It was rustic, small, medieval and came complete with a castle ruins!! I had my spot all picked out to sell Gluhwein and Christmas trees in the winter and beer in the summer. J Our shopping consisted of shopping at the Kristkindlemarkets. We had a great trip to Florence - thanks. We questioned ourselves each day, wondering if this "group" idea was for us, but the fact is, we were fortunate to have an excellent group of people and had a lot of fun. The age demographics were good - as much as we hate to admit it, we fit right in with the old folks. Actually, it was a very spry group - even the 70 somethings kept up cheerfully, and there was a lot of walking uphills!
Hope we'll have reason to be talking soon - 2007 looks like a very busy year for us so I'm not sure about vacations yet, but it's never far from our minds.

You beat me to the punch - I was planning to send you an email, letting you know how completely fantastic this trip was! You arranged it perfectly - I don't think there was a thing you could have done to make it better. When we were at Tikehau (which COMPLETELY blew us away) Alex kept asking how it could possibly get any better. He's right, that was a tough one to beat, but Bora Bora of course, was fantastic. Oh, and the jet ski tour worked out great. I think there are at least a couple of jet ski tour operators in Bora Bora but this one had to have been the best. Our guide was this young guy who first played his little ukelele and sang while driving the boat with his foot, then took us on part of the jet ski tour (which is based on his mother's land), then stopped at another part of his property and took us for free on a quad tour of his land to another part of the island (the other couple with us apparently had booked the jet ski/quad combo). Along the way, the guide picked coconuts, bananas and all kinds of other stuff and once we got to the beach prepared this yummy feast of fruit and delicious stuff. Anyway, stick with this tour operator - he definitely wows. Attaching a couple of pics ...

The only hitch on the whole trip was the 5 hour flight delay on Oct. 1.
We had a great time and loved Istanbul. The weather was wonderful and the sights spectacular. The hotel was the best as was our driver Ilhan (he was like James Bond navigating the streets). Nursal, our guide, was pretty good. She showed us lots of local street scenes that we wouldn't otherwise have discovered.
We loved the complete package that you put together for us and would definitely use you again and recommend you to our friends.

The Lowell Hotel could not be a nicer place to stay. The staff is fabulous, and the location is absolutely perfect. I would definitely recommend it to others! Additionally, if you have people traveling to NYC who will need a town car rental, I would suggest that they contact the Paris Limousine Service at 718.396.1100 (Fax 718.204.8100) and specifically request the driver's name of Mobeen. He is a delightful man who knows the city very well, has great contacts at hotels and restaurants because he was a concierge for years, and is always prompt. If you were to make arrangements for one of your clients to be taken care of by Mobeen, they would be more than grateful for his service.

We had such a wonderful time in Hawaii.
We did a walking tour of the lava, and the volcano park, then we flew
over the main volcano. It was a breath taking experience.
We did snorkeling, and swam with fish and turtles. Such a fun.
We also did the tropical garden and water fall hiking in between
drinking Mai Tais....:-)
Only disappointing part was the plane ride. IT was nothing to do with
you.
There was such a big crowd at SFO we almost missed the plane.
We ended up in the last row seats for both ways, and it was terrible.
However, we decided to go back to Hawaii again, and thank you again.

Everything went Great for both the wedding and the vacation. Both Betty
and I were very pleased with Rick and the coordination support he gave
us. We had very little to do once we were in Maui to get ready for the
wedding so we were able to enjoy our time there more. We had thought
enough ahead to also Bring our Birth certificates which were not
required, but had some needed information on them. Same was true for
our ex's (death Cert. & Divorce Cert.). Our marriage lic. Agent turned
out to be a character. Besides being an Lic. Agent she was also an
answering service for several different business. We were both
chuckling at every time she answered the phone it was for a different
Business. Visited several places while we were there, enjoyed a lot of good food,
got Betty into the ocean she was scared of, snorkeling and she liked it,
did some whale watching and saw several. Also attend the Old Lahanai
Lau, which because I had chosen mat seating, we were right in the front
row. The whole thing was kind of dreamy and was afraid I was going to wake up
soon. I think I cried when we headed back to the airport.
When I do a vacation at this level in the future this is the way I will
go.

Hey Patricia;
Thanks for arranging our great vacation. Thankfully, we got home safe and sound last night, or should I say this morning at 3:00 a.m. (supposed to be 11:30 pm) thanks to a 'mechanical issue' and eventual plane change...we just got word that the airline (Harmony Air) is going under, so that may have something to do with it all in the long run - thankfully you didn't arrange that part of our trip!
Highlights were upgrading to a 2 seater convertible Chey Crossfire and driving the road to Hana. Dennis revisited his old haunts from when he jumped from and swam 7 pools in the early 1990's. Also, we took a dinner cruise and saw (and smelled!) two different types of whales, 'false-killer whale' (very rare - they come around 1 or 2 times a year), and humpbacks. Very cool! Also, swimming and snorkelling with a turtle.
The Sheraton was amazing and perfect - just down the back from all the action, but within walking distance to fun restaurants and shopping if we wanted.
Loved it, loved it, loved it!
