The Conservatory restaurant serves breakfast, lunch (outside in Summer) and dinner. Our chefs specialise in Grampian produce - Aberdeen Angus beef, game with fish and shellfish from local rivers and ports. The wine cellar holds over 400 wines and the Drawing Room bar is stocked with more than 100 malt whiskies. Golf, salmon fishing, stalking and grouse or pheasant shooting can all be arranged.
Our rooms The Marcliffe hotel has named many of its rooms on the famous castles across Aberdeenshire. We include many well-known castle names such as Craigievar, Crathes, Drum, Dunnottar and Fyvie.
