Day 1 - Overnight flight from USA
Day 2 - Arrive London (2 nights)
Time to relax after check-in to your hotel.

Day 3 - London at leisure
Today is at leisure to explore this city. (Buffet breakfast)
Day 4 - London – Amsterdam (2 nights)
Greetings from our Tour Director as we drive to Dover to board our ferry to Calais. Then we drive through Belgium to lively Amsterdam. Tonight why not take a canal cruise in a glasstopped
boat? (Continential breakfast / Dinner)

Day 5 - Amsterdam orientation and at leisure
Orientation includes the Royal Palace and Dam Square, plus a visit to a diamond polishing centre. Then to Volendam to learn about the skills of making cheese and clogs! (Buffet breakfast)
Day 6 - Amsterdam – Rhine Cruise – Frankfurt
First to German Cologne, then we take a scenic Rhine cruise before continuing to our hotel. (Buffet breakfast / Dinner)

Day 7 - Frankfurt – Strasbourg – Lake Lucerne (2 nights)
First we see Heidelberg Castle, then drive via Strasbourg to lovely lakeside Lucerne. (Buffet breakfast / Dinner)

Day 8 - Lucerne orientation and at leisure
Orientation shows us the poignant Lion Monument and the wooden Chapel Bridge. Then time to shop for all things Swiss! (Buffet breakfast / Dinner)
Day 9 - Lake Lucerne – Liechtenstein – Innsbruck
We drive west to the tiny Principality of Liechtenstein, then on to Innsbruck where we see St. Jakob’s Cathedral and the Hofburg. (Buffet breakfast / Dinner)

Day 10 - Innsbruck – Salzburg – Vienna (2 nights)
Today to Mozart’s Salzburg with so many Sound of Music memories. Then on to Vienna. (Buffet breakfast)

Day 11 - Vienna sightseeing and at leisure
Today’s morning sightseeing tour highlights the Hofburg, Vienna’s Ringstrasse and City Hall. Then there is time at leisure. Perhaps take a trip to visit the vast Schönbrunn Palace? (Buffet breakfast)
Day 12 - Vienna – Venice (2 nights)
South today as we drive via Klagenfurt to the Austrian Riviera. Here we cross the Italian border and travel over the Alps to the Veneto plain and the magical city, Venice. (Buffet breakfast / Dinner)

Day 13 - Venice orientation and at leisure
Today we enjoy a canal cruise to St. Mark’s Square and witness the art of Murano glassblowing. Then time at leisure. (Buffet breakfast / Dinner)
Day 14 - Venice – Rome (2 nights)
We cross the flat plains before traversing the Apennine Mountains to reach Tuscany. Then we continue southwards to the ancient city of Rome. (Buffet breakfast)

Day 15 - Rome sightseeing and at leisure
Our morning sightseeing tour features St. Peter’s Basilica as well as views of the Forum and Colosseum. Then time at leisure to perhaps head to the Sistine Chapel. (Buffet breakfast)
Day 16 - Rome – Florence – Montecatini
Today we’re off to Florence with time to explore or shop for high quality leather or gold, before continuing to the spa town of Montecatini. (Buffet breakfast / Dinner)

Day 17 - Montecatini – Pisa – Nice (2 nights)
First the Leaning Tower of Pisa, then via the coast to the French Riviera and a visit to Monaco en route to bustling Nice. (Buffet breakfast)

Day 18 - Nice orientation and at leisure
Today’s orientation shows us the Place Massena and the Promenade des Anglais. Then time at leisure to relax or perhaps take a swim in the Mediterranean Sea! (Buffet breakfast)
Day 19 - Nice – Barcelona (2 nights)
We follow the coast and then journey through the Camargue on to the Pyrenees and Barcelona. (Buffet breakfast / Dinner)

Day 20 - Barcelona sightseeing and at leisure
Our sightseeing includes Christopher Columbus’ statue and the Paseo de Gracia. Later, time at leisure to explore. (Buffet breakfast)
Day 21 - Barcelona – Madrid (2 nights)
We drive past Montserrat through the vineyards of Catalonia and the arid hills of Aragon and on to the capital city, Madrid. (Buffet breakfast / Dinner)

Day 22 - Madrid sightseeing and at leisure
Our sightseeing shows us the Puerta del Sol and the Plaza de Espãna. Later, why not take a trip to the former capital, Toledo? (Buffet breakfast)
Day 23 - Madrid – Lourdes
North to Lourdes, home of St. Bernadette, where we see the basilica above the grotto. (Buffet breakfast / Dinner)

Day 24 - Lourdes – Bordeaux
After time at leisure we drive to Bordeaux via the charming Atlantic resort of Biarritz. (Buffet breakfast / Dinner)

Day 25 - Bordeaux – Paris (2 nights)
We travel to the Loire Valley with views of the Chateaux at Amboise and Blois, before reaching the glittering capital city, Paris. (Buffet breakfast)

Day 26 - Paris sightseeing and at leisure
Our guided sightseeing tour shows us the Champs Élysées, the Arc de Triomphe, the Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame Cathedral. Later, time at leisure to shop or explore. Tonight, why not enjoy a colourful cabaret show? (Buffet breakfast)
