Day 1 - Overnight flight from USA
Day 2 - Arrive London (2 nights) Time to relax after check-in to your hotel.

Day 3 - London at leisure After breakfast enjoy a full day at leisure to explore Britain’s fascinating capital. (Buffet breakfast)
Day 4 - London – Brussels After a warm welcome from our Tour Director, we drive through the beautiful Kent countryside to Dover. Here we board our ferry for the short sea crossing to Calais in France. From here we rejoin our coach and continue to Brussels, the capital of Belgium. After our orientation perhaps enjoy the atmosphere of the Grand Place? (Continental breakfast)

Day 5 - Brussels – Würzburg Today’s journey takes us into Germany, where the tranquil scenery of medieval castles and hillside vineyards drift by on our leisurely Rhine cruise. We see the Lorelei Rock before heading to Würzburg in Bavaria. On our arrival we will admire the view over the city from a vantage point before making our way to the hotel. (Buffet breakfast / Dinner)

Day 6 - Würzburg – Prague (2 nights) First we make a brief stop in Nuremberg before driving to the Czech border and then across the undulating hills of the Czech countryside via Pilsen, the famous beerbrewing centre. Then on to Prague and tonight maybe enjoy the delights of this city at night? (Buffet breakfast / Dinner)

Day 7 - Prague sightseeing & at leisure This morning’s sightseeing tour features Prague Castle, the Cathedral of St. Vitus and the old town square. Later, with time on your own, why not shop for bargains in Bohemian crystal and porcelain, or perhaps enjoy a lunch cruise on the Vltava River? (Buffet breakfast / Dinner)
Day 8 - Prague – Vienna (2 nights) This morning we leave the Czech Republic behind as we make our way to Austria via the medieval town of Brno. Then we cross the border and soon arrive in Vienna. (Buffet breakfast)

Day 9 - Vienna sightseeing & at leisure Morning sightseeing highlights the Imperial Boulevards, the Opera, Parliament and the Hofburg Palace. Then there is time on your own. Why not head for Kärntnerstrasse and sample the delights of a Viennese coffee house or enjoy a waltz concert? (Buffet breakfast)
Day 10 - Vienna – Venice (2 nights) We see vistas of ancient castles, mountains and lakes as we leave the Danube Plains. We travel to Klagenfurt and the Lake District of Carinthia. Then into Italy we descend to the Adriatic Coast to arrive in the region of Venice. (Buffet breakfast / Dinner)

Day 11 - Venice orientation & at leisure We cruise along the canals by vaporetto to St. Mark’s Square where we see the Bridge of Sighs and the Doge’s Palace. We visit a traditional glass-blowing factory before time at leisure. (Buffet breakfast / Dinner)
Day 12 - Venice – Rome (2 nights) Today we cross the broad delta of the River Po on our journey southwards. On through the forested Apennine Mountains and we finally reach the bustling excitement of the Eternal City of Rome. (Buffet breakfast)

Day 13 - Rome sightseeing & at leisure Our morning sightseeing tour includes a visit to St. Peter’s Basilica in the Vatican City plus views of the Forum, Colosseum and Circus Maximus. Then free time perhaps to relax and watch the world go by from a pavement café or window shop in the exclusive streets near the Spanish Steps. (Buffet breakfast)
Day 14 - Rome – Florence – Italian Lakes We drive through Tuscany to Florence with time on our own to see the cathedral, Giotto’s Bell Tower, the baptistery and Signoria Square. Then why not shop for fine leather and gold jewellery in the area around Santa Croce? Later we will gain a panoramic view of the city from Piazzale Michelangelo. Finally, we continue our journey to the scenic Italian Lakes. (Buffet breakfast / Dinner)

Day 15 - Italian Lakes – Lucerne Today we drive past beautiful Lake Como as we enter into Switzerland, where we cross the lake of Lugano. Then through the Gotthard range and spectacular snow-capped Alps into German-speaking Switzerland where we descend to beautiful lakeside Lucerne where orientation highlights the Lion Monument and the medieval old town. Then time to perhaps shop for jewellery, watches or chocolates or to ascend a nearby mountain by railway and cable car. (Buffet breakfast / Dinner)

Day 16 - Lucerne – Paris (2 nights) Early this morning we drive over the French border near Basel before driving through the wine producing region of Burgundy to the French capital, Paris. (Buffet breakfast)

Day 17 - Paris sightseeing & at leisure Today our Paris sightseeing tour includes views of Notre Dame Cathedral, the Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysées and the Eiffel Tower. Then there’s time at leisure so why not detour into the intriguing back streets of the Latin Quarter. Alternatively, you may want to take an excursion to the renowned Louvre Museum to see the Mona Lisa? (Buffet breakfast)
Day 18 - Paris – London – USA This morning in Paris, it is time to bid farewell to your Tour Director and your new-found friends as our tour comes to an end. A transfer is provided to Paris’ Charles de Gaulle Airport for your return flight to the USA, conditions apply. (Buffet breakfast)
