Golf Courses
The Links : The younger of the Biltmore family, smart, fresh and a bit precocious, this celebrated layout has quickly earned the respect of golfers everywhere. Rolling fairways lined with luscious pines meander through some of the most stunning homes in Phoenix, Well-bunkered greens demand precision shot selection, and the contoured greens roll as they come. If you can accurately place the ball, you will be rewarded in your score.
Adobe : The Adobe course is considered stately and grand, a forefather of modern design. The Adobe offers a simplistic beauty hard to find in an era when trickery is a goal in golf course architecture. When you long for a relaxing yet challenging round, there are few equal. The lush, 50 year-old fairways and spacious layout are a reminder of the game the way it was meant to be - a time when graphite was for pencil lead and golf balls only came in one color. Like the great players of its day, the Adobe can tell you some stories.
18-Hole Putting Course : Both the beginner and the experienced golfer interested in testing their skills will enjoy this championship putting course designed by Graham-Panks International. This is offered to guests at no charge.
Dining
A skilled culinary team of chefs, inventive cuisine and a variety of dining venues have earned The Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa a reputation for excellence in dining. Heading the team is award-winning Executive Chef Michael Cairns.
Cairns has blended Southwestern, French and Asian flavors to create New American and regional menus. Heavy creams have been eliminated in favor of richly flavored oils and infusions.
Guests of the Arizona Biltmore can choose from a wide variety of dining venues, from a romantic dinner at Wright's to a casual snack break at The Café. Each equally distinctive, the restaurant interiors were inspired by the resort's Frank Lloyd Wright influenced design and incorporate regional furnishings and textiles.
In addition to the Biltmore's four restaurants, guests are invited to enjoy Afternoon Tea. A late afternoon tradition for more than 50 years, Tea is offered throughout the season on a daily basis. Come and indulge in our freshly baked scones, miniature pastries, tea sandwiches and an exceptional variety of gourmet teas.

Guests can enjoy from our varied menu of homemade soups, specialty salads, hearty sandwiches to fresh fish, poultry, meats and alluring desserts. The Grill is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The Café : The Café features an array of international beverages combined with a "deli-style" breakfast and lunch menu. Begin the day with a selection of seasonal fruits, housemade granola and breakfast bakeries or choose from any of our breakfast features. Lunch specialties include deli sandwiches, fresh salads, homemade soups and mouth watering desserts. The outdoor terrace affords magnificent views of Squaw Peak Mountain. The Café is open daily.

Wright's at the Biltmore : Dining has a new blueprint. It's called American Lodge cuisine - an innovative culinary style characterized by hand-crafted organic ingredients, hearty foundations and a Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired atmosphere.
Our chefs only utilize the freshest ingredients from boutique farms across the country - whether it's goat cheese from Maui, escargot from Oregon, or elk from Wyoming - the menu changes weekly to reflect what is in season.
In addition to the acclaimed à la carte menu, Wright's at the Biltmore offers diners a tasting menu each evening.
Open daily for dinner from 6pm - 10pm and Sunday for brunch from 11am - 2pm.
The Wright Bar : Featuring piano entertainment and a outdoor terrace with marvelous mountain views, the Wright Bar & Squaw Peak Terrace are popular choices for guests and Valley locals and is the birthplace of the Original Tequila Sunrise. Enjoy a fine selection of appetizers along with our signature martinis and margaritas. For sports buffs, TV's allow you to view the best sporting events. Or just sit back and enjoy backgammon, checkers and other board games.
Sun Power Kids : The Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa has introduced a “sun-powered” menu that is a healthy and delicious alternative to the typical hotel children’s menu. The new Sun Power Kids Menu puts a kids spin on some of today’s most popular dishes and foods, and uses only fresh, natural and low-fat ingredients.
The menu, served at various restaurants at the resort, offers such items as Grilled Peanut Butter & Jelly Roll-Up, (with low-fat peanut butter, low-carb tortillas and sugar-free jelly), Prime Turkey Dog on Whole Wheat Bun, Cabana Club Spa Quesadilla (with low-carb tortillas and Alpine Lace low-fat cheese), Café Turkey Sliders (mini-turkey burgers on whole wheat buns), Grilled Breast of Chicken (with angel hair pasta, steamed broccoli, vine-ripened tomatoes, basil and light marinara), and Romaine & Green Leaf Veggie Chopped Salad. All selections come with choice of mashed potatoes, tater tots, oven-baked potato chips, carrots, green beans or crisp vegetables with healthy dips; a choice of drink (fruit juice, low-fat or soy milk); and dessert choice of either a tropical fruit bowl, berry yogurt and granola parfait, or house-made sorbets.
The menu is themed around the sun because of the critical role the sun plays in our health – all of the energy available to our bodies comes from the sun and is stored in the foods we eat – as well as because of the abundance of sun enjoyed in Phoenix throughout the year.
Sun Power Kids Menu is a KSL Resorts program being introduced at the company’s resorts nationwide. SunPower is served at The Biltmore Grill, Wright’s, Cabana Club and The Café.
