Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain is a luxury boutique hideaway with dramatic mountain and spa casitas offering spectacular views of Paradise Valley. Sanctuary Spa, an intimate retreat, offers Asian-inspired treatments along with a relaxing meditation garden, movement studio and fitness center. elements restaurant features farm-fresh cuisine with Asian accents while jade bar is known for its extensive wine list. Along with Scottsdale shopping and golf, guests enjoy the infinity pool, tennis and hiking in the shadows of Camelback Mountain.

Sanctuary offers 98 luxurious mountain and spa casitas that make the most of the spectacular mountainside setting with breathtaking panoramic views. Features range from outdoor balconies and kitchen alcoves to wood-burning fireplaces and private outdoor soaking tubs. Large families or business groups may prefer the spacious luxury of a private mountaintop home.

Mountain Casitas
Mountain Vista Casitas feature breathtaking views of Camelback Mountain and Paradise Valley and spectacular contemporary design with unique wood block flooring, glass-tiled dry bar. Mountain Vista Suites also offer one or two bedrooms with great views of Camelback Mountain and Paradise Valley. These casitas feature striking contemporary design with unique wood block flooring. The living-dining area features sleek yet comfortable furniture, a large, high definition flat-screen tv, kitchen alcove and limestone dining table. Spa Casitas
Multi-level Spa Casita Rooms feature a comfortable sitting area enhanced by a dramatic view patio. Contemporary furnishings include stained concrete floors and sheer flowing curtains on floor-to-ceiling windows. Each 650 sq.ft. Spa Casita Suites offer a separate living room with a lava rock fireplace, state of the art technology, vessel sink and wet bar and a vibrantly colored sitting area. Distinctive features in the Spa Casita Suites include outdoor soaking tubs, spacious bathrooms with two sinks, separate shower and vanity as well as large walk-in closets. With a menu as inspired as the stunning location, elements offers farm-fresh American cuisine with Asian accents. Executive Chef Beau MacMillan changes the menu monthly to reflect the seasonal harvests.

For guests traveling alone or looking to share the dining experience with new acquaintances, the restaurant features an inviting Community Table, custom designed with exotic African wood.

Jade Bar
Adjacent to elements, jade bar features a secluded patio with unparalleled views and a fire bowl for cool desert evenings. Along with dining at the bar and in the lounge, jade bar offers an extensive selection of wines by the glass and exquisite martinis. Innovative favorites include the Cantaloupe Martini, the popular French Cosmopolitan, and the refreshing Paradise Fizz.

In Room Dining
Fine dining isn't limited to elements and jade bar. Our in-room service allows guests to enjoy delicious meals or simple snacks in the privacy of their own room. We can also arrange in-room service for a special occasion or pack picnic-ready fare for a hike up Camelback Mountain or an escape to a secluded area on the resort.

In-room dining is offered 24 hours a day, with various menus depending on time of day.

Outdoor Spaces
Two intimate lawns and a private patio under the shadow of the Camel provide an additional 5,500 square feet of outdoor space.

    * Upper Lawn – A private grassy area that overlooks Mummy Mountain and the Valley below, the Upper Lawn is an ideal outdoor setting for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The Upper Lawn can accommodate 80 for banquet seating or 120 for a standing reception or buffet.
    * Lower Lawn – The larger grass lawn has a view of Mummy Mountain and the McDowell Mountain Range. The Lower Lawn accommodates 150 in theater seating, 100 banquet seating and 200 for buffet or reception.
    * Garden Terrace – On a level adjacent to the resort's infinity-edge pool, the Garden Terrace provides guests with a panoramic vista of the surrounding mountains, desert and Town of Paradise Valley. This secluded venue provides private space for casual receptions and outdoor dining. The Garden Terrace also can accommodate 60 for banquet seating or 80 for a cocktail reception.
