Entering the mansion through mahogany and iron double doors, the atmosphere is that of a lavish private residence. Mirroring the Old World charm of the estate, Royal Palms' Four-Star Alvadora Spa is tranquil, warm and intimate. Nationally acclaimed T. Cook's restaurant boasts select seasonal dishes from the Mediterranean and exotic surrounding regions. The resort also offers swimming, a fitness centre and full-service salon.

Featuring over 20,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, the resort's meeting salons are rich in design, character, detail and history while meeting today's need for advanced technology. Estate Rooms
Spacious accommodations and amenities are available in all of our guestrooms, including private patios, handcrafted artifacts, custom furnishings, wall safe, 27-inch remote control stereo/television, cordless telephones and high speed wireless internet access. Many of our guestrooms also feature fireplaces and balconies. Personal amenities include robes, make-up mirrors, hair dryers, and the finest linens and toiletries.

Casita
Our casitas, located throughout the Valencia Gardens, are approximately 420 square feet and feature French doors opening onto semi-private patios with beautiful views of Camelback Mountain, our citrus grove or croquet lawn. The intimate rooms boast rustic Mediterranean decor, canopy beds and most feature romantic fireplaces.

Alvadora Spa Suites at Royal Palms
The luxurious signature spa suites, custom-designed by world-renowned spa designer, Sylvia Sepielli, offer an enchanting escape of self-discovery and promise relaxation deep within the enclave of the newly created Montavista. Overlooking the tiered garden courtyard and reflecting pool, many of our custom suites offer a terrace with magnificent views of the mountainside. Every detail has been meticulously tailored to appeal to all of the senses and create a venue for calmness and tranquility. The dark wood flooring and leather furnishing contrast with white linen draped four poster daybed with hints of sage, frosted violet and white glass mosaic tiles, color therapy lighting, fresh flowers, intimate fireplace, reflective artwork and French glass doors. The master bath features a Kusatsu soaking tub with steam shower, luxurious linens and reflexology slippers. The spa is seamlessly transitioned into the comfort of the suite to address flexibility and endurance attributes with dumbbells, and yoga mat. Special services include exclusive in-room spa treatments, sunrise and evening turndown rituals.

The Montavista at Royal Palms
Montavista is a newly created enclave of Mediterranean inspired guestrooms and suites overlooking a tiered garden terrace with tranquil reflecting pool and fountains, outdoor fireplaces, vibrant bougainvillea and dramatic views of Camelback Mountain.

The resort's signature Old World ambience, designer rooms, romance and lush landscaping are impressively enhanced with nature's contribution of magnificent mountain vistas. Richly appointed accommodations have been created by the innovative design team of OZ Architects, Vallone Designs and spa designer Sylvia Sepielli.

An array of guestrooms and suites feature terraces, courtyards, luxurious spa amenities, fireplaces and romantic appointments especially tailored for Montavista. Each evening, a celebration of champagne and a serenade of Spanish guitar music grace the Montavista Courtyard as the crimson-colored sun sets upon Camelback Mountain.

Montavista Terrace Guestrooms/Suites: A collection of 27 select Montavista guestrooms/suites feature views of the majestic mountainside, the garden courtyard and reflecting pool. All of these custom-designed rooms have terraces/patios overlooking the Montavista courtyard; French glass doors, stylish leather chair and ottoman; working desk and impressive upholstered king headboard. The creative design elements reflect a sense of enchantment and mystique in part, through the interplay of fabric, finishes and whimsical rich colors. The master baths feature marble stone complemented with hints of amber glass tile, rustic wooden vanity, soaking tub and separate shower creating a sophisticated yet warm residential ambiance. The Montavista Terrace Rooms offer additional space both in the king guestroom and master bath. The oversized 800 sq. ft. one-bedroom mountain view suites feature terrace, separate living room with queen sofa pull-out and king-sized bedroom.

Estate Guestrooms/Suites: A collection of 37 Estate guestrooms/suites offer a residential ambience accented by deep, vibrant colors and bold patterns; upholstered headboard; stylish leather chair with ottoman; working desk and taupe-colored walls. The Valencia Suites offer the additional separate living room with flat screen television and queen sofa pullout.  A select few of the Valencia suites offer 875 sq. ft. and provide separate living and dining/meeting area, perfect for entertaining or hospitality gathering venues. The master baths in the Estate Collection feature soft cream marble stone throughout complemented by hints of amber glass tile, rustic wooden vanity, soaking tub and separate shower.

Designer Casita
Nestled in the west courtyard of Royal Palms, features beautifully decorated deluxe casitas with a master bedroom, luxurious bath and patio, individually designed with custom furnishing by members of the American Society of Interior Designer (ASID). These lavish rooms averaging 420 square feet, feature king-size beds, 25-inch color televisions and mini bars.

Villa
Our elegant Villas average 800 square feet and provide an executive setting with a sense of comfort and history, featuring a king-size bed, grand scale furniture, stone floors and fireplaces. Separate patios and intimate sitting areas encourage conversation or informal meetings.

Presidential Villa
This 2,300 square foot, two bedroom suite is designed with lush colors, grand scale furniture and fireplaces throughout. Highlights include three private patios, spacious living and dining area, an exquisite claw-foot bath and a glass enclosed indoor-outdoor shower.

Rising up beyond a baby grand piano, The Bar is flanked by the alluring salon with its deep brown leather, custom-made upholstery and antique lamps.
