The sound of local gospel singers and musicians is loud and funky to the max (earplugs are handed out), with that small, clubby feel HOB is known for. On the buffet-style menu, expect tasty down-home Southern specialties like sauteed Louisiana crayfish cake with roasted corn vinaigrette and cilantro cream, Creole chicken jambalaya or traditional New Orleans bread pudding with bourbon sauce.
