 The resort's 517 tastefully appointed guestrooms, including 57 suites, feature private terraces with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and surrounding beaches. All guestrooms feature an Andalusian decor blending a palette of rich red, gold, and beige tones.

STANDARD, partial ocean or tranquility garden view and measures approximately 426 square feet. Each standard room is richly yet subtly appointed. The distinctive Andalusian inspired furnishings and original artwork exudes a warm and elegant ambiance.

DELUXE, either a partial ocean or tranquility garden view and measures approximately 523 square feet. The Deluxe Rooms are a larger version of the standard guest rooms with the same level of luxury and comfort but with additional touches that include an extra chair and sofa adding to the relaxed environment. All guestrooms feature an Andalusian decor blending a palette of rich red, gold, and beige tones.

THE CALIFORNIAN, The resort's signature restaurant, The Californian, will provide guests with spectacular cuisine in a dramatic setting. Overlooking the California Courtyard with its spectacular ocean views, vibrant reflecting pool, fountains, palm trees and lush gardens. The Californian will serve contemporary Californian cuisine in a warm Southern Californian ambiance, complete with a fireplace and vaulted ceilings. The restaurant will feature a vast collection of high-brand and boutique wines from Californian wineries. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with indoor and outdoor seating, the restaurant also boasts a private dining room for intimate gatherings.

PETE MALLORY'S SURF CITY SUNSET GRILLE, It is the origianl site of Mallory's Surfboards Factory, now known as Surf City Sunset Grille. We re-built the place with fond memories of the surfer himself and the nostalgia that is Huntington Beach. Serving lunch, dinner and cocktails in a casual, fun surf themed atmosphere. Both indoor and outdoor seating available. An outdoor fireplace will accent the deck area.

MANKOTA'S GRILL, This pool grill will be nestled into the landscape and will provide casual dining in an intimate patio setting. An outdoor fireplace also accents this eatery. In addition to the provided seating, the grill will provide poolside food and beverage service.

PATRON'S ROOM, Enjoy an intimate evening in the company of friends in the exclusive surroundings of the Patron's Room,  immediately adjacent to the resorts main kitchens and designed to compliment the Andalusian inspired architecture. With the Chef's Table, you will be treated to an exquisite menu created and executed by the resort's Executive Chef. This is an intimate and truly gourmet experience guaranteed to delight even the most jaded palate. Children's Programs

Camp Hyatt "Beach Club" is one of the finest children's programs in the country. It is an active and exciting recreation program for our young guests ages 3-12. Children are grouped with appropriate ages to ensure safety. Fun and energetic Camp Hyatt Attendants supervise this great program. All Attendants have CPR and First Aid training and previous experience working with children.
