The Blvd
The place to see and be seen, this sophisticated all-day dining spot features lofty ceilings and large windows overlooking the fashionable intersection of Wilshire Boulevard and Rodeo Drive.

Seating 140, The Blvd encompasses a world-class restaurant and a distinctive lounge area, focused on an 18-foot (5.5-metre) illuminated onyx bar and a large backlit wine display containing over 1,000 bottles. The outdoor sidewalk patio is perfect for people-watching.

The Pool Bar & Café
Discover a modern take on the traditional pool bar menu in this sunny poolside patio. Options for refreshment include tropical cocktails, wine, champagne, smoothies and pitchers of sangria and Pimms. Sandwiches, paninis, salads and delectable desserts round out Executive Chef Conny Andersson's menu. Seats 24.

sidebar
A sophisticated, modern lounge adjacent to CUT, sidebar is the ultimate place to unwind after work or to relax on weekends. A small menu of appetisers – "Rough Cuts" – accompanies a wide selection of wines and classic cocktails with an innovative twist. Seats 58.

The Blvd Lounge
Experience chic, stylish comfort, featuring lush sofas and a magnificent 18-foot (5.5-metre) illuminated onyx bar. Also highlighting the room is a large backlit wine display containing over 1,000 bottles. This is the perfect spot for people-watching, or for a romantic night out on the town. Live jazz is presented Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Seats 33.

In-Room Dining
Four Seasons In-Room Dining provides a fine-dining experience within the comfort and convenience of your guest room or suite. Day or night, choose from an extensive menu – ideal for time-zone-hopping travellers, impromptu meetings or for quiet, private dining.

Luxurious treatments are informed by the most powerful Western and Eastern philosophies – European, Indian, Thai and Balinese – and activated by potent natural ingredients, including aromatherapy oils and marine and plant extracts.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment in order to enjoy the abundant spa amenities. Warm up in the Aromatherapy Crystal Steam Room, then cool down in the Ice Fountain and Experience Shower. As you prepare for your spa journey, recline and relax in the dimly lit Tranquility Lounge.
