Governors Suite

While JAAN originates from the Sanskrit word meaning 'dish' or 'bowl', it is more than a one-note restaurant. Instead the menu reflects the creative harmony of several unique cuisines. The menu served tantalises with the flavours and creative harmony of modern Californian cuisine.
JAAN's design is luxurious, yet simple and serene. The main dining area features a domed ceiling with white-gold embellishments. Following Eastern philosophy, JAAN imitates nature, bringing the glory of the outside indoors.
The Pavilion
Located inside Jaan Restaurant, the Pavilion is the perfect setting for the more intimate gathering when privacy is required. Offering the same exquisite setting as the main dining room, the Pavilion seats up to 20 in one long table and is ideal for large dinner parties, afternoon luncheons or the special occasion gathering.

The Patio
California sunshine is best experienced sitting next to a waterfall and enjoying an afternoon lunch with colleagues and friends. Jaan restaurant offers outdoor dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner (by reservation only) on the Jaan Patio.

Hours of Operation
RafflesAmrita Spa is open daily from Monday to Sunday from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. Treatments in the spa are available from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. If you would like to schedule a treatment after spa hours, please contact the Concierge.
