Standard Room : This 500-square-foot room is available with a king-size bed, two queen beds, or two double beds. Connecting rooms are also available. Each room overlooks either the main entrance of the resort or the magnificent bluffs and Pacific Coast Highway.
Courtyard Room : This 500-square-foot room is available with a king-size bed, two queen beds, or two double beds. Connecting rooms are also available. These rooms overlook the pool and courtyard area of the resort.
Deluxe Bay View Room : This 500-square-foot room is available with a king-size bed or two queen beds. Each room overlooks the sparkling waters of Newport Bay.
One Bedroom Suite : This 1000-square-foot suite is a full Newport Beach suite with a separate bedroom, a king size bed, and a separate living room. The suite features a full bath in the bedroom and a half bath in the living room. There is a wet bar area and a dining table that seats four, along with private verandas off of the living room and the bedroom. This Newport Beach suite is available with views of the pool and courtyard area as well as the entrance to the resort.
Bay View Suite : This 1200-square-foot suite is a full Newport Beach hotel suite with a separate bedroom, a king size bed, and a separate living room. The suite features a full bath in the bedroom and a half bath in the living room. The spacious living room has a dining area with a wet bar and a dining table for four. There is a separate veranda off of the living room and a separate veranda off of the bedroom. The suite overlooks the magnificent Newport Bay.
Honeymoon Suite : This 1100-square-foot suite is a full Newport Beach hotel suite with a separate bedroom, a king size bed, and a separate living room. The suite features a full bath in the bedroom and a half bath in the living room. The full bath in the bedroom features an extra large Jacuzzi bathtub. The living room features a dining area with a wet bar and table for four. Private verandas are featured off of the bedroom and living room. This Newport Beach suite overlooks the magnificent waters of Newport Bay.
Governor's Suite : This 1200-square-foot suite is a full Newport Beach suite with a separate bedroom, living room, and dining area. The bedroom has a king size bed and a full bath with a Jacuzzi bathtub. The dining area features a large table that seats up to 10 people and a kitchenette area with a large refrigerator. There is also a half bath off of the living room. This spectacular Newport Beach hotel suite has stunning bluff views with a partial water view.
Presidential Suite : This 3000-square-foot suite is a two bedroom suite with a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size bed in the second bedroom. The living room features a fireplace and grand piano and a veranda overlooking the bay along the entire room. The master bedroom has a canopied king size bed with a private veranda and master bath with a Jacuzzi bathtub. The dining area features a dining table that can seat up to 12 and a kitchenette area with a large refrigerator.
