Vivace
Our signature Italian restaurant offers dining in a casual yet sophisticated atmosphere, by the fireplace or under the stars. A trendy wine bar, Brioso, features 30 different wines by the glass, modern Italian music and dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the Pacific Ocean.

This restaurant seats 112 guests indoors and 30 on the outside terrace. An intimate semi-private dining room seats up to 14 guests.

Specialties
Highlights include a crispy branzino with saffron-braised fennel, marjoram, olives with a blood orange citronette. A wood-fired Guinea Hen breast with organic soft polenta and butternut squash sugo. Another unique offering is the bistecca tagliata for two. This dry-aged, 40-ounce bone-in sirloin is wood-fired and finished with a garlic-infused olive oil and sea salt. Pasta and risotto creations include a hand-cut pappardele bolognese, black spaghetti with rock shrimp and calabrese sausage, and carnaroli risotto with Maine lobster and basil.

The Wine Club
The dining room at Four Seasons Resort Aviara Golf Club plays host to exclusive monthly Wine Club dinners, providing a unique opportunity to dine with and meet some of the world’s top winemakers, including Chalone, Marchesi Di Barolo, Duckhorn, two wine tasting events and many others. California Bistro
A light and airy restaurant serving bistro-inspired cuisine on alfresco terraces overlooking the pristine fairways of our golf course. Seats 140 people indoors and 35 on the outdoor terrace.

Specialties
Our chefs combine the culinary comfort of the French bistro with light Pacific influences. A children's menu is offered to kids between the ages of 5 and 12.

Argyle Steakhouse
North San Diego’s premier steak and chop house features exceptional cuisine, stylish presentation and panoramic views. Overlooking the eighteenth green, the Argyle Steakhouse is open Tuesday through Saturday. Join us after the last putt or after an afternoon of birdwatching around the Batiquitos Lagoon.

The finest cuts of Nebraska corn-fed, California natural and American Wagyu beef combine with distinctive service in a rich, yet warm ambience. Adjoining lounge and library add to the experience with indoor or al fresco seating, perfect for casual fare and cocktails at sunset. This restaurant seats 95 people inside and 72 people outdoors, and offers shuttle service from the main lobby of the resort.

Specialties
During the day, the Argyle's golf clubhouse offers breakfast and lunch with light California specialties, including pastas, fresh seafood and a variety of salads and sandwiches. A children's menu is available.

Ocean Pool Bar & Grill
An oasis amongst the palm trees, this restaurant offers views of the Batiquitos Lagoon and the Pacific Ocean beyond. Hotel guests can relax poolside and enjoy light lunch or sunset cocktails. The outdoor restaurant is open to the public, but the pool decks are available to Hotel guests only.

The Ocean Pool Bar & Grill seats 72, the Family Pool area seats 122 and the Tranquility Pool area seats 103 on comfortable lounge chaises and 18 at tables.

Specialties

Afternoon tea

The Lobby Lounge offers the elegant delights of formal afternoon tea in a light, airy setting. The traditional English Tea includes an assortment of finger sandwiches, sultana scones with rose petal jelly, lemon curd and Devonshire cream, delicate pastries and petit fours. A wide array of teas and herbal and fruit infusions are featured, including Darjeeling, English Breakfast and Earl Grey.

Evening cocktails

The Lounge features nightly entertainment. Soft contemporary favourites drift through open French doors while the fireplace warms the night air. Champagne cocktails and eclectic martinis complement a wonderful selection of wines and international spirits.

In-Room Dining
Four Seasons In-Room Dining is a fine dining experience within the comfort and convenience of your guest room or suite. Choose from an extensive menu — day or night — that is ideal for time-zone-hopping travellers, impromptu meetings or for quiet, private dining.

The Spa also features a couple's suite designed with luxury and romance in mind, which is perfect for those celebrating a new marriage, an anniversary or another special occasion. Amenities include an intimate lounge area with marble fireplace and shower for two, an attached treatment room with side-by-side massage tables and a private patio with whirlpool.

In-room massage is available, 24-hour advance reservation is required. Hair, nail and make-up services are provided by the on-site José Eber Salon.

Fitness Center
The Fitness Center offers cardiovascular equipment furnished with individual monitors and wireless headsets, as well as weight training machines and free weights.

Tranquility Pool
Located on the edge of the Resort's bluff, with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and Batiquitos Lagoon, the Tranquility Pool is designed for quiet and relaxation. The pool deck also features a stage for a wide variety of entertainment options. Guests 16 years and above are welcome to use the pool.

Four Seasons Resort Aviara Golf Club
Honoured in 2006 as Golf Magazine's number one golf resort in Southern California, and as Condé Nast Traveler readers' number one golf resort on the West Coast, Four Seasons Resort Aviara Golf Club offers superb golf facilities. Its memorable coastal layout – par 72 over 18 holes and 7,007 yards – was designed by Arnold Palmer. The course is sculpted around natural topography, with water hazards positioned as visual extensions of the lagoon. The club includes a 32,000-square-foot (3,000-square-metre), two-storey Spanish colonial clubhouse with a complete golf shop.

Tennis
A variety of fun and exciting tennis activities await you at Four Seasons Resort Aviara. The tennis program is managed by Peter Burwash International, the most successful tennis management company in the world. Stadium seating available on at least one court.
