The Broadmoor Hotel Accommodations  The BROADMOOR’s 700 guest rooms and suites are located in BROADMOOR Main Complex and BROADMOOR West Complex. Luxuriously appointed rooms have either a king bed or two double beds, comfortable furniture and elegant bathrooms. Many offer views of beautiful Cheyenne Mountain and the resort’s own Cheyenne Lake. BROADMOOR “signature” toiletries, hairdryers, multiple telephones and a mini-bar are standard.
The Broadmoor Hotel Dining  When Spencer Penrose opened The BROADMOOR in 1918, he charged his Executive Chef with bringing inventive and international cuisine to America’s West. To this day, 88 years later, Penrose’s influence can be felt in the professionalism of The BROADMOOR's diverse selection of restaurants, cafés and lounges.
Penrose Room : Classic fine dining with an extensive European wine list and live entertainment and dancing. Charles Court : An elegant restaurant celebrating American food and wine, focusing on Colorado ingredients. Summit : The resort's newest restaurant designed by Adam D. Tihany, Summit's contemporary design provides a counterpoint to the classic majesty of The BROADMOOR. Summit is an American Brasserie with an eclectic, innovative wine and cocktail program. Recently honored in Robb Report for 2006 "Best of the Best," and Esquire's "Best New Restaurants 2006," along with "Best New Design." Reservations recommended. The Tavern : Since 1938, serving the best steaks, seafood and the sounds of the Tavern Orchestra. Live music and dancing in the evenings (Wednesday through Sunday) in the main Tavern room; art deco motif in the Mayan Room; patio dining in the glass-enclosed Garden Room. Café Julie : A light all-day menu in an informal, European-style café setting with indoor and outdoor seating. Espresso News : An enticing and cozy patisserie and coffee bar, offering snacks, salads and light lunch. Assorted sundries, books, and newspapers available. The Golden Bee : An authentic 19th-century English pub transported to the U.S. from London, where Yards of Ale, pub fare and a cheerful atmosphere have you singing-along to the ragtime piano. Ceremony location prices range from $1,000.00 - $4,000.00 (Subject to a 22% service charge, a 2.25% Public Improvment Fee and current sales tax). Activities  The BROADMOOR offers a wide variety of activities for you and your family to enjoy. If you need some time to yourself, we also offer activities exclusively for children.
Tennis Recently rated the 3rd finest tennis resort in the country by Tennis Magazine The BROADMOOR Tennis Club features seven plexi-cushion courts including one stadium court. Two of the courts are covered by an illuminated, heated bubble during the winter months, allowing for year-round enjoyment. The BROADMOOR is home to Dennis Ralston, member of the International Tennis Hall of Fame, during the summer months. Family Activities Biking, Walking and Running Trails : Bicycles are available for rent by the pool at the lake. Biking, running or walking itineraries can range from around the lake to a trip up into Cheyenne Cañon. Consult the Concierge for maps. Horseback Riding : The Stables at The BROADMOOR offer a unique western horseback riding experience. We provide safely led rides for children, and small animals just right for petting. Reservations are required. Paddle Boats : The views of the property are amazing from your 4-person paddleboat as you cruise Cheyenne Lake. Paddleboats are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, and are located at the Lakeside Boat Dock. The cost is $8 per 1/2 hour and $15 per hour. Spa - Couples Massage : Also perfect for moms and daughters, the Couples Massage is a Swedish massage from two massage therapists in one room. Swimming : The 11,000 square foot infinity edge swimming pool, located at the north end of Cheyenne Lake, features Slide Mountain waterslides, a children's pool, two 14-person whirlpools, 13 cabanas and a new pool café. Tennis - "PeeWee" Drills : A fun-filled one-hour drill focusing on the fundamentals. Tennis - Junior Tennis Camps : Junior tennis camps focus on improving all aspects of your junior's tennis development in a fun and challenging atmosphere. Outdoor Adventures The BROADMOOR's unique location adjacent to the wild, natural beauty of the Colorado Rockies, provides guests with a range of possibilities for outdoor adventures. Combined with over three hundred days of sunshine per year, Colorado Springs' mild climate with four distinct seasons makes it the perfect place for year-round recreation. Twenty-four hour cancellation notice is required for all outdoor activities. Cancellations received less than 24 hours before all scheduled activities will be billed in full.
