Embark on a helicopter flight, your first of many during your time in Napa, with a unique view above the vineyards, ending at Tawantan, a 12,000-acre private estate. Savor a gourmet meal prepared by chef Carlo Cavallo, whose celebrity clients include Arnold Schwarzenegger and Dustin Hoffman.

DAY 2:

Your helicopter takes you to the famed Spring Mountain Appellation, said to be responsible for creating the mystique of mountain grapes. Enjoy a private visit to local wineries including a wine tasting, followed by a delectable lunch with some of the owners of these wineries. While dining, enjoy the spectacular views of St. Helena below.

DAY 3:

Travel via your helicopter over Napa County to Ceago Vineyards, an organic vineyard where you enjoy a private tour (and wine tasting) of this 220-acre estate with revolutionary owner Jim Fetzer. He personally shows you the intricacies of the vineyard and explains what it means for a vineyard to "go green." This evening, you dine with Jim over a gourmet meal at the vineyard.

DAY 4:

Fly to your lovely two bedroom villa in Sonoma Country, your accommodations for the next two nights. After settling in to your home for the remainder of the trip, you visit a private estate which specializes in Burgundian varietals as well as numerous other top-notch wines. Dinner is prepared by the owners of Stromberg winery, a private label that does not sell their wines to the public, making this a truly special and unique experience.

DAY 5:

Explore the Chalk Hill Estate and Winery on a tour of its 1,400 acre vineyard. Delight in a gourmet lunch featuring wines of the region. Afterward, go shopping in the quaint town of Healdsburg with its numerous boutiques. The final dinner of this ultimate experience is at a legendary winery in Sonoma Valley.

DAY 6:

You and your guests return to the Napa airport for your outbound flight.
