Cheeca Lodge is located in the Florida Keys in Islamorada, the sport fishing capital of the world. It is on the Atlantic Ocean side of US Highway 1, an easy ninety minute drive south of Miami International Airport.

Cheeca Lodge has 203 luxurious guestrooms, suites and private villas apportioned between its Main Lodge and in low-rise buildings clustered throughout the landscaped complex. Ocean, garden and golf course views are available. All accommodations are air-conditioned and include paddle ceiling fans. Many guest rooms have private balconies. Standard guestroom amenities include remote control TV with VCR, well stocked mini-bars, direct dial telephones, separate tables for work and play, deluxe bathroom amenities, hair dryers and double sinks. In addition, suites and private villas offer fully furnished kitchens, private screened-in balconies and spacious living rooms with queen-size sofa sleepers.
