The Breakers offers a range of accommodations to fit your style, each with spacious rooms, luxurious interior décor, magnificent resort views or panoramic ocean views. The newly renovated 560 guest rooms, including 57 suites, exude a comforting elegance.

Complementary hues of coral and teal welcome you to richly designed rooms, complete with Italian armoires and custom-woven carpeting. All rooms except suites offer a king-size or two double beds. Lavish bathrooms in imported marble feature elegant lavatories and comfortable tubs.

Superior, Deluxe and Premium Deluxe Rooms offer exquisite resort views.

Premium Full Oceanfront Rooms feature a step-out balcony with a full ocean view.

Premium Oceanfront Junior Suites consist of a sitting area and two separate, step-out balconies overlooking the ocean.

The one-bedroom suites combine extraordinary luxury with expansive ocean vistas or resort views. Superior Suites include a bathtub with whirlpool spa features.

Oceanfront Suites offer a spacious living room overlooking the ocean, plus two separate balconies.

The Flagler Club

The Flagler Club, a private intimate residence comprised of restricted access rooms on the sixth and seventh floors of the hotel, offers exclusive concierge service and enhanced amenities including distinctive continental breakfast, fresh-baked cookies, afternoon tea, evening hors-d’oeuvres, cocktails and after-dinner cordials.

(A) Imperial Suite:
Newly renovated luxurious one-bedroom suite, king size bed, largest suite with approx. 1,650 square feet, private living room including a parlor, wet bar, half bath, social table with six chairs, five separate step-out balconies, directly overlooking the breathtaking Atlantic Ocean.  (B) Royal Poinciana Suite:
Newly renovated luxurious one bedroom suite, king size bed, second largest suite with approx. 1,250 square feet, private living room including parlor, wet bar, half bath, couch, armchairs, writing desk, armoire, social table with six chairs, three separate step-out balconies, directly overlooking the breathtaking Atlantic Ocean. New luxurious one-bedroom suite with a residential feel offering king size bed, approx. 900 square feet, private living room, couch, armchairs, writing desk, armoire.  Both the bedroom and living room offer step-out balconies, directly overlooking the breathtaking Atlantic Ocean.  (C) Oceanfront Suite:

 (T) Premium Suite:

 (E) Superior Suite:

The Breakers Concierge Level features newly renovated luxurious accommodations offering a very residential feel located on the top two floors of The Breakers. Rooms with a partial ocean view offer king-size beds, and approximately 250 square feet. Amenities include upgraded furnishings and décor, Internet access, on-command movies, in-room checkout, text messaging, modem connection, CD/radio alarm clock, bathrobes, safe and mini-bar. Guests of the Flagler Club enjoy a private concierge, complimentary Continental Breakfast, a host of delicacies and beverages served in the Flagler Club lounge and the outside terrace throughout the day.  Maximum Occupancy: Maximum 2 guests can occupy this room category with existing bedding due to safety and fire hazard concerns. 

 (J) Flagler Club Island View:
The Breakers Concierge Level features newly renovated luxurious accommodations offering a very residential feel located on the top two floors of The Breakers. Rooms with an island view offer king-size or two double beds, and are larger with approximately 360 square feet. Amenities include upgraded furnishings and décor, Internet access, on-command movies, in-room checkout, text messaging, modem connection, CD/radio alarm clock, bathrobes, safe and mini-bar. Guests of the Flagler Club enjoy a private concierge, complimentary Continental Breakfast, a host of delicacies and beverages served in the Flagler Club lounge and the outside terrace throughout the day.
