Artisans proudly introduced a new menu and dining concept providing discerning diners with an assortment of choices, but specializing in fresh seafood. The new menu allows each guest to choose portion size and specific entree items creating a wide assortment of combinations and culinary experiences.
Artisans is the recipient of the "Best of Award of Excellence" from Wine Spectator magazine and features more than 1,600 selections of wine.
The Lobby Lounge
At the heart of the hotel, the spacious Lobby Lounge is "traditional as expected," with its floor to ceiling picture windows, crystal chandeliers and original 18th and 19th century portraits. Guests can enjoy the magnificent view of the Center Courtyard while enjoying traditional Afternoon Tea and cocktails throughout the day. Cocktail service available Sunday-Thursday, 12:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m., and Friday-Saturday, 12:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. Afternoon Tea is offered daily 2:30-4:30 p.m. A pianist entertains during tea and a trio begins at dusk.

 Located just three miles away is our Tiburon golf course at The Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort, Naples. This championship 573 yards (7,288 yards) 36-hole course lies in a serene, natural setting designed by the legendary Greg Norman and is home to the Merrill Lynch Shootout each December.
Gold and Black courses alternate each day as guests have access to 18 holes. The courses are marked by the use of stacked sod wall bunkers, coquina sand and no roughs and offer players five separate tee box options for all skill levels.
Tiburón Golf Course
Experience championship 36-hole golf in a serene, natural setting designed by the legendary Greg Norman. Tiburón is the home of the PGA Tour's Merrill Lynch Shootout, held annually in December.
