With breathtaking elegance and sophistication, the Mobil Five-Star Georgian Room provides a superb dining experience. Savor “Refined Southern” cuisine amid a stately fireplace with a carved stone mantel, gold and crystal chandeliers, and impeccable tableside service. Popular menu items include Fiscallini Cheddar Grits Souffle with Smoked Butter Poached Shrimp and Lemon Sole with Maine Lobster, Butter Pea Succotash and a Truffle-Potato Agnolotti. The Georgian Room’s indulgent fare is served on hand-painted china, silver flatware, and European linens – and complemented by a world-class wine list. Guests with adventurous palates can also sample an exciting Chef's Tasting Menu.

River Bar

Watch the Black Banks River course by as you enjoy great food and drink with friends in this energetic environment. The simple elegance of its wood topped tables and bars combined with beers on tap, an extensive list of wines by the glass, single-malt scotches, and a fine selection of bourbon and whiskey make this The Cloister's premier casual gathering place.

The River Bar's all-day menu features light snacks and appetizers, perfect for sharing around the table, as well as salads, sandwiches, entrées and desserts. River Bar specialties include your favorite Southern drinks: Mint Julep, Plantation Punch and Front Porch Lemonade, to name a few. Outdoor seating during the spring and summer adds a relaxing touch to this inviting destination.

Big George's

Sea Island's oceanside casual restaurant is a classic Southern seafood house: oysters, clams, and claws from the raw bar, fish and chips, seafood specialties, with choices for landlubbers, too. Big George's overlooks the dunes of Sea Island Beach and features indoor and outdoor wrap-around bars. No reservations, except for parties of eight or more. Shirt, dry shorts or slacks, and shoes for gentlemen; cover-ups or casual wear for ladies.

The Snack Bar
The Snack Bar features fun family favorites including hamburgers, hotdogs, sandwiches, wraps, salads and pizza. Open Thursday through Sunday during spring break; daily from May 15 to Labor Day; and Saturdays and Sundays during other warm weather months. Closed during the winter, except for holidays. Attire: If you are wearing swimwear, please wear a cover-up or shirt.

The Coffee Shop
The Coffee Shop features Sea Island blend coffee, espresso and chilled coffee drinks, pastries, breakfast sandwiches, and cookies. Open from 6 am - 2 pm daily.

The Ice Cream Parlor
The Ice Cream Parlor serves ice cream and soda fountain favorites seasonally. Open daily 12 pm - 6 pm March 15 through October 15.  Open Saturdays and Sundays during other warm weather months; closed January and February.

Beach Bar
Relax at the open-air Beach Bar, a stone's throw from Sea Island Beach on the pool deck, from 11 am to 5 pm, weather permitting. On Sunday from 12:30 pm to 5 pm.
