Windsor Court Hotel Accommodations Guest Room The Windsor Court is almost an all-suite hotel, but not quite. We have 56 Deluxe Guest Rooms that the word 'expansive' aptly describes. At 400 square feet, these affordably luxurious rooms are unusually spacious with plenty of room for two double beds or a king-sized bed, table and chairs, mini-bar and a large appointed Italian marble bath. In addition, all have expansive bay windows or a balcony with views of the Mississippi River or the city skyline.
Full Suite
Ensconced in the plush comforts of a Full Suite, you will feel like you are in a home away from home. At 800 square feet, there is a  butler's pantry, expansive dressing and vanity areas, and a living room divided by French doors. Enjoy views of the Mississippi River or the New Orleans skyline - from either your balcony or your expansive bay window. Some Full Suites also have the option of turning into a Two-Bedroom combination. Located at either end of the hall, these Full Suites share a foyer with either a Guest Room or another Full Suite. The foyer is then closed off by a set of double doors to retain the full privacy and seclusion of your accommodations. These Two-Bedroom Suites are perfect for families and larger groups.
Junior Suite You'll have sweet dreams with our spacious 600 square feet Junior Suites which feature a sizable partitioned sitting room, oversized dressing area, wet bar and king-sized bed. An elegantly draped bay window or balcony overlooks the city skyline or the Mississippi River as you relax in the sumptuous comforts of your own English-style home away from home.
Penthouse Complete privacy and exclusivity comes with our two-bedroom Penthouse suite which includes such glamorous extravagancies as secluded terraces overlooking the city skyline and the Mississippi River, original museum-quality artwork, Italian marble floors, library, full kitchen and dining room. Exquisite furnishings are of the finest quality, and the Grand Salon boasts a full entertainment center and baby grand piano. In addition to the extensive furnishings of this 2,000 square foot Penthouse, receive access to our private Club Lounge offering dedicated Concierge service and unique daily food offerings created by our masterful culinary team.
Club Level Renovated in 2007, these dedicated top four floors of the hotel offer spectacular views overlooking the city with private key access to our most luxurious accommodations. Stepping off the elevators, you will be taken away to a hotel within a hotel. While floor plans of these Guest Rooms, Junior Suites and Full Suites are the same as non-Club Level floors, these accommodations offer upgrades like custom pillow-top mattresses, Bose CD stereos, premier views and updated furnishings and wall coverings. Best of all, guests of these exclusive floors receive private access to our Club Lounge.
With its two outdoor terraces, two sitting areas with fireplace, baby grand piano and large flat screen television, the Club Lounge is the perfect place to relax after an intensive day of meetings or fun day exploring the city. For your convenience and pleasure, the Club Lounge also offers complimentary internet access, a dedicated Concierge and daily food offerings, all unique selections created by our masterful culinary team.
These include extended continental breakfast with chilled juices, breakfast breads, chilled salmon, exotic fruits, yogurt parfait, blintzes, quiche and cereals; all-day tea and coffee service; and evening hot and cold hors d'oeuvres with premium cocktails, beer, wine and soft drinks.
Windsor Court Hotel Dining The Grill Room Designed to excite your senses, the Mobil Four-Star and AAA Four-Diamond Grill Room, formerly The New Orleans Grill, is the restaurant to dine at in New Orleans. The talented new chef, Drew Dzejak, has revamped the menu featuring a unique dining concept of four culinary categories sure to tease the palate and stir the senses – Unadulterated, Steakhouse, Indulge and Southern. 50 wines under $50. Live entertainment nightly by the city’s hottest musicians and the popular Polo Club Lounge adjacent to the restaurant for cocktails before and after dinner.
Le Salon One of the city's most beloved traditions is Afternoon Tea at the Windsor Court Hotel, cosseted English-style in the gracious  surroundings of Le Salon. Le Salon bestows tea sandwiches, some 92,000 of them annually, making “Taking Tea” in Le Salon a tradition as well as a fashionable pastime at The Windsor Court. Chosen from 20 of the finest loose-leaf varieties, your tea arrives in delicate Wedgwood china and is poured through a strainer for the fullest flavor. In the background, a harpist or a string trio performs. For a little something extra special, add on a glass of one of our signature champagne cocktails.
Polo Club Lounge
Located on the 2nd floor, adjacent to The Grill Room, our sophisticated lounge resembles a private English club. With dark woods, soft, intimate lighting, overstuffed chairs and sofas and leather furnishings, the Polo Club Lounge offers a nightly jazz lineup to add to the convivial atmosphere.
Boasting one of the largest Cognac collections in the city along with its broad selection of wines and ports, the Polo Club Lounge is also known for its extensive martini menu brought to you by New Orleans' favorite mixologist, Roger Blais.
Relish in our extensive all day dining menu, perfect for a quick bite or a leisurely casual dining experience or wind down with one of our many after-dinner drinks, some of the best New Orleans has to offer.
