Lovingly restored to its original grandeur, yet completely updated with the modern amenities, Chatham Bars Inn is comprised of 217 guestrooms on 25 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds and sandy ocean beaches. The historic Main Inn sits atop a bluff and contains 40 rooms and suites appointed with beautiful New England furnishings, including 11 master suites. 77 guest rooms and suites are located in 34 luxuriously appointed cottages nestled among landscaped gardens, many with balconies, decks or terraces overlooking the ocean or our impeccably manicured grounds. Twelve new Spa Suites come equipped with a hydrotherapy tub, sauna, and steam shower. Guests can elect to have their spa treatments in the privacy of their own suite or downstairs in the new Spa at Chatham Bars Inn.

Daily catch from Chatham's local fishing fleet along with fresh local ingredients are the hallmark of the resort's restaurants: the Main Dining Room, the Chef's Table & Wine Cellar, the South Lounge and Veranda, the Tavern, and the Beach House Grill.

These individual Cape Cod luxury cottages come furnished with hand-painted furniture and hardwood floors; some also have fireplaces, private decks and patios with lovely ocean and garden views.

Classically elegant, the Main Dining Room of Chatham Bars Inn offers panoramic views of the spectacular Atlantic Ocean. It goes without saying that seasonal New England seafood is our specialty. Begin with the North Atlantic Oyster Trio, Porcini Day Boat Scallops, or our chef's signature lobster spring rolls. For your entrée, may we suggest the Sautéed Chatham Lobster Tail & Sea Scallops or our sesame seared local tuna? Of course, there are many other selections, including beef, lamb and poultry prepared according to your exact specifications.

Summer months are made more memorable, with Dinner Dances every Saturday night and our famous Sunday night Grand Buffet. Breakfast is served daily.

Tavern
What could be more inviting than an authentic New England-style tavern? The Tavern at Chatham Bars Inn is cozy and comfortable, warm and welcoming with its rustic vaulted ceiling, brass chandelier, timeworn wood-paneled walls, and massive stone hearth.

Enjoy a cocktail and appetizers at the massive old-style bar, or pull up a fireside table and enjoy hale and hearty New England favorites such as lobster pie or fresh fish from the Chatham Pier.

Beach house grill
Immerse yourself in the Cape Cod experience at the Beach House Grill. Located on the water's edge, this unique indoor/outdoor restaurant is family-friendly and a treat for all the senses.

Breakfast and lunch are served daily, and summer dinners are extra-special at the Beach House Grill. Blackboard specials every weekend feature the freshest seasonal seafood, fruits and vegetables.
