Hearty American cuisine from appetizers like Tempura Lobster with Mesquite Grilled Sonoma Foie Gras, Chilled poached Shrimp on a Shiso Flan, and Jumbo Lump Crab Cake to entrees such as Pan Seared Elk Tenderloin, Lamb Loin Chops, Butter Poached Sea Bass and Grilled Ahi Tuna.
