The Hotel's guest rooms are all similarly sized and tastefully appointed. Moderate Rooms offer views of the inner courtyard and garden from the Hotel's lower floors. Superior Rooms, on the higher floors, feature tranquil views of the Academy of Natural Science or the courtyard and garden. Throughout the Hotel, Garden View Rooms overlook the courtyard and garden, while Deluxe Rooms offer views ranging from Logan Square to the tree-lined Benjamin Franklin Parkway.

Four Seasons Executive Suites are almost twice as large as the Hotel's standard guest rooms, with doors secluding the bedroom from the parlour. Throughout the Hotel, these suites offer Logan Circle and Swann Fountain, Courtyard or City views. More spacious Deluxe Four Seasons Executive Suites occupy the corners of the building, providing panoramic views of Logan Square.

Throughout the Hotel, expansive Deluxe One-Bedroom Suites are convertible into two-bedroom suites and feature outstanding views of Logan Square. The unique Royal Suite and the opulent Presidential Suite, both available with one or two bedrooms, offer elegant living and dining rooms, full kitchens and inviting views from the Hotel's top floors.
