Our quiet wing of guestrooms has 58 very special luxury accommodations with the warm comforts of a luxurious private country estate. The 46 Veranda Deluxe Rooms feature marble bathrooms with double granite sinks, oversized showers and private water closets. Our 10 Veranda Junior Suites offer the added comfort of a small sitting area, and two Veranda Suites feature two full bathrooms along with fully appointed living rooms. Delectable seared Jail Island salmon, filet of beef with savory onions, melt-in-your-mouth roasted lobster with basil risotto, vegetable Pot Au Feu with herbs in an airy philo crust– this is not your ordinary spa cuisine. Tree restaurant’s unique approach to traditional “spa” cuisine adds back the flavor for elegant five-star gourmet meals that are healthy and delicious.   Tree’s elegant, coursed spa menu changes daily, and offers fresh, organic cuisine with vegetarian selections exquisitely designed by our celebrated chef. 

At Tree, you’ll dine amongst the treetops on a menu of creatively prepared, naturally-raised meats and fish and organic, locally grown vegetables. In addition to your dining experience, Tree offers cooking demonstrations, chef-hosted dinners, and special seasonal events (including holiday celebrations and old-fashioned barbeques).

Your luxury spa package includes three gourmet meals daily with dinner on your day of arrival and lunch of your day of departure plus snacks and treats offered throughout the day at our tea bars and lounges. Additional meals may be purchased with early arrivals or late departures. Our chef invites you to share your special dietary needs in advance of your arrival, so we may customize your menus.

Tree Hours of Operation:
Breakfast: 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
Lunch:  11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Dinner: 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Reservations are recommended for dinner. We suggest allowing at least 1½ hour for dinner if you have made additional evening plans

Alcohol
After 11:30 a.m., we offer a fine selection of beers, wines and cocktails. Alcoholic beverages are not served or permitted at the spa. Our programs are focused on “awakening” inner wisdom and developing greater consciousness of the choices and decisions we make in our daily lives. Please be conscious of the effects of alcohol when participating in fitness and spa treatment activities
