Let's start at the beginning. The original neighborhood joint was opened in April of 1994 in Snider Plaza, Dallas. It was not a seafood restaurant, but a coffee bar called Michele's Coffee Bar and Café.
Once upon a time there was a cool little seafood restaurant on Richmond Avenue in Houston. Its beach-side shack appeal attracted tons of people right from the get-go. 
Our name might sound casual, but our food and service are anything but. We offer a diverse menu of steaks, seafood & prime rib served professionally in a rich, classic motif.
