Venues
In total, the resort has 7,657 square feet of indoor function space and 6,000 square feet of outdoor function space. Most spaces may be configured in a variety of options.
Framed by high ceilings and dark oak millwork and lit by brass and crystal chandeliers, the elegant 2,814-square foot Astor Ballroom offers a magical setting for the grandest of gatherings. The ballroom may also be divided in half.
A prefunction area of 1,829 square feet with high ceilings is located on level one and opens on to the Astor Terrace, a 4,500-square-foot outdoor gathering space with a modern fire pit. The terrace may be beautifully tented and positioned to take advantage of the surrounding scenic beauty.
Above the Astor Terrace and off of the third level of the main Deer Crest building, the 2,500-square-foot Mountain Terrace offers a dramatic setting with a 40-foot "Garden of Fire" that frames views of Park City on one side and the resort’s split-level infinity pool on the other. The Mountain Terrace makes an idea location for a cocktail reception or wedding ceremony.
The John Jacob Astor Boardroom has an executive board table with seating for 16, floor-to-ceiling windows and access to a private terrace. This distinguished boardroom offers the latest technology for executive meetings, wireless High Speed Internet Access and audio/visual equipment as well as comfortable seating and privacy.
The Deer Crest Room is 1,164 square feet with a prefunction space of 691 square feet. Its location adjacent to the Astor Ballroom makes it ideal for a breakout meeting or for a meal function in conjunction with a meeting taking place in the Ballroom. The separate prefunction area adds privacy, if desired. It also offers private access to the Astor Terrace.
The Jordanelle Room is conveniently located adjacent to the St. Regis Library, making it well-suited for a hospitality suite or small meeting. This flexible meeting space is ideal for breakout, small meeting or hospitality session.
The second floor 285 square-foot Carnegie Room is ideal for breakout sessions or serves as an ideal location for a meeting planner office.
Weddings
From intimate rehearsal dinners on a private deck or dining room overlooking the Wasatch Mountains to grand receptions of up to 300 guests in the Astor Ballroom or the beautiful Astor Terrace, which can be tented, The St. Regis Deer Crest Resort is one of the most sought-after wedding venues in the region.
