Duration: 4 Days / 3 Nights Priced From: $2,995 pp Dbl. occ. Dates: August
The US Open that close to a million fans will experience at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center bears, in many ways, little resemblance to the tournament started 126 years ago. It is chronologically the fourth and final event of the Grand Slam tennis tournaments. Join us this September and watch the drama as Federer defends his title in pursuit of his fifth consecutive crown, enjoy everything from mojitos and steaks for lunch, and spend your nights in one of New York’s most stylish hotels.
Tour Itinerary
Day 1 - New York, NY
Arrive in New York, where you will be greeted at the airport by your private driver and transferred to the W New York - Times Square. A stone’s throw from the MTV store, W New York—Times Square is in the heart of the theater district, with museums a few blocks north and sultry downtown a quick subway ride away. To the North there’s the newly restored Grand Central Station, Rockefeller Plaza, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Museum of Modern Art, the Guggenheim Museum, and much more. To the West you’ll find the magnificent New York Public Library, the Theater District, the Empire State Building, Madison Square Garden and Penn Station. The East side is full of charming restaurants, and offers convenient transportation to the Hamptons and the vineyards of the North Fork. And to the South you’ll discover the Farmer’s Market at Union Square, and the unique style of Greenwich Village and Soho. This evening, enjoy dinner at one the many hot spots of New York, where choices range from the most expensive hamburger in the world (at Daniels) to some of the best street food (in Chinatown).

Day 2 - New York, NY
Set off this morning on an exploration of New York by foot. Fitness buffs can do it at a run (using a PUMA branded pre-loaded iPod running guides), or you can stroll at a more relaxed pace, listening to the unique audio guides of Soundwalk (our current favourite takes you through Times Square and is narrated by poet, actor and all-round eccentric Pete "Speed" Levitch). This afternoon, we recommend a leisurely exploration of Metropolitan Museum of Art. The largest art museum in the Western Hemisphere, the Met is -- naturally -- a mecca for art lovers of all stripes. Treasures from all over the world and every era of human creativity comprise its expansive collection. It's easy to get dizzy, what with all the Dutch Master canvases, bronze Rodins, and ancient Greek artifacts -- but if you need a breather, you can always retire to the marble sculpture garden or the rooftop café. Return to the hotel tonight for a well earned sleep between the 350-thread count sheets

Day 3 - Flushing Meadows, NY
Sleep in and enjoy a morning at leisure, then transfer in your private car to Flushing Meadows, home of the US Open tennis Championships and take your seats at one of the most famous tennis venues in the world. Todays matches are the opening rounds, and while the participants won’t be known until the day before, you can be sure that there will be high drama and extraordinary tennis to be seen. Afterwards, transfer back to the city in your private car and enjoy a nightcap as you conduct your post mortem on the match .
